Fish food 👍
Good flakes. I like the blue, something different. My guppy and dwarf frog are happily eating the flakes.

My discus love these flakes
So these flakes are completely different looking and smelling than other brands. I thought my four finicky discus might not like it, but once my greedy male starting eating it, they all joined in and now they all go for it without hesitation and will eat all they can get of it. I like that these flakes are very large. Now for sure they will start to break up as it gets used up and eventually only crumbs are left that tiny fish can eat, but one could say that about most flake foods, its the nature of the food itself. If the flakes didn't break, they'd probably be too hard for them to eat. I also like that it has probiotics the fish need for healthy digestion.

Discus Love Them, But...
All of my fish (discus, loaches and tetras) love this food and it dissolves quickly in the water making it easy for them to eat. I see no evidence that it clouds the water in my tank. The only negative aspect of this food is that nearly a quarter of the product goes to waste because the flakes break apart into tiny dust-like pieces that are too small to even feed to the fish. Pour the product into a container, fill it with water, as the flakes settle to the bottom the bigger and heavier flakes sink quickest and the dust floating near the top can then be poured down the drain. It's wasteful, but at least it allows me to feed appropriate-sized flakes my fish can locate and eat.

with good color and they're growing like weeds
It took a while for my discus to aggressively accept this flake. Especially the blue colored vitamin flakes. However, they all go for it now. They are very healthy, with good color and they're growing like weeds, so in my mind, this is an excellent food for them.

Very few Blue probiotic flakes
I used this stuff for many years and loved it, but this is not the same stuff other than the container. It used to be a very high quality, very nutritional, consistent food. The ingredient list has changed, it used to have a high garlic content which is pretty much gone now. It now says Pork! When did this happen? Discus Hans could not have been involved and the use of his name and what was likely unauthorized change is sad. My Discus do not get excited for this stuff like they used to and it probably needs to go to the trash can. I feel deceived because I know what this stuff used to be like.

fish all love this food
I feed fish 3 small meals a day to grow out a new discus to size of my older group. Also in tank are rams, two tetra varieties, corydoras and snails. The Cobalt seems to be everybody's favorite food there seems to be very little waste. The rams and discus and blue emperor tetras all have beautiful color so must be working. This was my second can, I will continue to feed this.

Great Alternative to Beef Hearts
I was reluctant to switch to a dry flake food as an alternative to home-made beef heart food but my discus seem to love it. It is less trouble, less expensive and cleaner. May not work for a breeder but as a hobbyist I'm a happy camper.

the seller was great, up standing company but the product is way to thin, it falls apart into to small of pieces for the bigger fish, fish seemed to like it if they could find a big enough piece but most was to small by the time it even got in the tank, tetras liked it though
