I gave this one star as most people look there first to see why others didn't like it. But then changed to 5 as I gave up and instead of having an endless search for a mic arm to fit my mic I upgraded my mic to a blue yeti. As I said before the arm is very sturdy and needs two hands to shape it as required.Was going to return this but now I'm glad I didn't.(Previous review before I got my new mic It is of no use to me as my mic will not fit it.I seems very sturdy the arm itself is very hard to shape so I assume it will hold a mic very well and not droop but as I said I haven't used it as my mic won't fit.)

Simple product, worked perfectly. In my opinion this is far better than the other mic arms that use springs because they're harder to manoeuvre between my monitors. Now my microphone is in the perfect place on my desk :)

If you are lacking space and your mic is not to heavy this is a good piece to have.

Could be longer but is a great mic stand. Very tough and will not break easy like the spring arm versions.

Well made and flexible

Bought a second-hand one of these to support my Rode Podmic and, despite some superficial damage on the neck, it supports the mic's weight with no problems. Provided you get it in the right position, of course. Over-extending it causes it to drop, as you'd expect from attaching a heavy enough object to a narrow, flexible support.I'll update this review after working with this setup for a while should there be any catastrophic changes.UPDATE: While it can support my Podmic, keeping it in position where the mic can pick up my voice is nigh impossible. Mounting it on the opposite end of the desk or far to the left/ right causes it to fall down, which means I have to mount it close to me and bend the arm into an arch in order to get a good enough angle. This arm is only good for regular or pencil condenser mics (Shure SM57 or Samson CO2, for example), anything bigger requires a desktop stand or a sturdier boom arm.

A genuine 5* product. Because of space restrictions, I have been looking for a 'long' gooseneck mic holder.The ZealSound Microphone Arm fits the bill perfectly. Very sturdy, well made and holds the mic in a variety of positions.Well made, with a good resistance to bending out of shape, with the weight of the microphone.Well recommended with a 5* product and service.

I highly recommend this product. Get the 19" version as it's just about long enough to mount to your side and have the mic right in front of you. Shorter than this wouldn't make sense to me. I'm using it with a relatively light mic (Samson Meteor) and it's very stable. It makes a huge difference in the volume level, as this mic performs a lot better when the speaker is close to it.It's very practical to use. I have been using it for 6 months now, moving it several times daily as I jump in and out of calls, and it's still very sturdy. I also like that it's compact, not some huge arm that spans the whole desk.

Excellent quality. I'm glad I went with what the other reviews said and ordered the longer one. The piece that holds the mic isn't as high quality, but I put my own on it, and it's now my perfect mic stand. One less thing to clutter my floor. It's a lot more robust than I thought and it takes a bit of strength to shape it how you want, which is a very good thing. Worth the purchase.

It does its job and is pretty ok in terms of quality but is not as flexible as I expected it to be as the pictures suggested. Sure it can be bent but it requires quite a lot of force to do so but overall I’m satisfied.
