Poor adhesion in cold weather.
Not great adhesion. Came off pretty quickly.

Seals off air leaks.
I live in an older house with wood double-hung windows which look very classic, though leak icy blasts in the winter winds. This product is very flexible and tough. Adheres well, but can her removed in the spring without stripping off the paint. I used it to seal a joint in my polycarbonate-clad greenhouse and it seems to be keeping the rain out a year + later.

Not what I thought it was going to be
It didn’t work well on my windows

Real strong
I got this to tape my 6 mil plastic weather barrier before adding drywall to my basement. This really worked well I didn't think it would because it seemed so thin.It was like a seam you can't undo once the two sides are taped

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Won't stick! My crawlspace insulation coverings blew off into the road, shortly after taking them down with this tape, because this tape barely held. Trusting this tape left my home in a very dangerous situation with freezing weather & 100' of tape that is worse than useless, because I depended on it! Scotch tape from the Dollar Store would have worked better. I tried it on several things & nothing held for more than an hour, at most.I think the tape is defective. Good tape is usually harder to cut. This stuff easily slid off the roll & through the scissors. No gumminess, at all!
