Sharp nasty little buggah
Had to see for myself and glad I did, it's a keeper. Nasty sharp af little buggah. The tip is like a hyperdermic needle it comes to such a nice point. All the serrations are super sharp too. Not sure how well the clamp mechanism would actually clamp on in a real world cenario and hold up for the duration but nice All around fun super sharp knife m-9 bayanot capable.

440C Steel ?????
A Benchmade engineer expressed doubts about the blade being made of 440C steel. I tested it with Tsubosan hardness tester files. It tested less than 55 HRC. 440c Should be around HRC 60. Other than that, I like the blade. Handle and sheath not so much.

Will be buying another one
I bought this for me. My husband tried to steal it because it's the type of knife he's always wanted so now i'll have to buy another one. It's a decent knife pretty sharp and i love the sheath it comes with haven't had any issues with it at all.

The sheath is poorly built .. not for the knife
It is a good knife ... purpose built. The sheath has 'snaps' to lock the blade handle down and they will never ever close about the handle and snap shut. They are too small in size to reach around the size of the handle. So velcro tape is supplied for that fix. There are items at Amazon you must never buy until you see them and feel them at hand. This is one of them .. if you saw if first you would never buy it.

Don't buy , its crap.
The box was damaged but the shipping package was not. Tells me damaged before shipped. The tip of the knife was curled. Shows to have been dropped on its tip and then when put in the sheath the blade was pushed through the sheath. Not a high quality knife to begin with. But it would have been ok if it would have been treated and package better. Don't waste your money on this. The makers don't care about what they sell.

Good looking, & HUGE.
Great looking knife! It has a good sheath, cool looking. My son has been a avid knife collector since 6. I got this one for his 11th birthday, and omg it is HUGE!!!!!!! Did not expect that size, he is very responsible I very much trust him with it. I think it’s more of a personal buy though.
