A great all around survival tin
I bought this because it is a bit larger then the Altoids tin and this has a rubber gasket on the lid as an extra layer of protection from water penetration. Over all this has just about everything you need, I use this as my EDC and carry it in my Mexpediation EDC pocket organizer. I use electric tape around the lid to seal and then use a band of emergency tape to keep it closed and secure. This is not one of the cheap unusable kits that have been around, this is a quality kit and one that I trust. I added a Nano Striker with some char-cloth and gave the flint and steel to my son for his kit. I also added some zip ties, a micro fiber cloth, paper clips, nail clippers, mole skin, and some gorilla tape. I would highly recommend to open this up taking everything out and repacking it a few times to you get an idea how to pack it. USE YOUR STUFF, that is the biggest problem preppers forget to do is use their stuff. Break your gear out and use it every other month so when SHTF you are familiar enough with it to be effective.

Overall good starter kit
This kit contains all of the basic items that should be included in a portable survival kit. Unfortunately, there is no way it would fit into a standard women's pants pocket, but there are other methods of carrying it. The main reason it's getting a four-star rating from me is because some of the items included contain warning labels that advise you to wash your hands immediately after use with soap and water, and in an actual survival situation, this is likely impossible. For example: the water purification tablets advise handling with gloves and eye protection. Also, the fishing hooks contain lead, which is unnecessary. I find this extremely irritating because it seems that some of these items are not entirely practical for use in a survival situation, which is exactly what the kit is intended for. Of course, you can replace anything inside the tin with something more suited to your needs. Overall, it's a good starter kit.

Great selection!
It has everything you need. It is really made to carry with you everywhere. I haven't tried taking it with me on a plane but I think it will pass scanning there too. What it doesn't have are antibiotics for wounds and a knife. It has everything else. I added to it a Swiss knife and some antibiotic ointment and it is all good now. I am sure one can build a better pack if living in the country. However I live in the city and it really is an excellent starter choice.

For the Money, It's Good
This tiny little survival kit has a lot of essentials in it. Most of them are fairly low quality but, for the price, you're not going to do any better. The box itself is larger than an Altoid box and crammed full. I attempted to order all of the included items separately to build a higher quality upgrade to this box. That can certainly be done, but the price would be quite a bit higher from what I could tell (and you may need a larger box). Once you get it, I recommend experimenting with each item in it until you've learned how to use them in a survival situation. Having this in your glovebox is not going to save your from armageddon if you've never used it. (Okay, it's not going to save you from armageddon even if you're MacGyver, but you know what I mean).

good kit for easy tavel
This kit is good for most small survival/travel related adventures. You need to take it apart to know exactly what is in the tin and add to it as needed for your own personal use. I did add a small knife to the tin for general use and carry this in my car and street pack. None of these small survival tins are be all/end all but they will help in an emergency.

Pleasantly surprised! A bit pricey and probably not much use to a complete novice but it has a lot of useful things and a very little spare room for you to add a thing or two.

Bang for your buck
Found this through "Ultimate Survival Tips" on YT. It's a solid little case for what you get. I opened it and checked to make sure everything is in order and it was. Getting the contents in will require a little memory but it's pretty easy. *TIP: I swapped out the cord that comes with it for some high quality 550 paracord Stronger and can have more options. *I'd also suggest switching out the knife they give you for a small multitool (the Dime or Squirt by Craftsman or Gerber) or another small knife of higher quality.
