The little button to reset the combination is precarious and became defective after the first reset. As such, the lock cannot be reset or reopened.

The bright orange color makes it stand out and says: "don't try to steal this bike."
It is easy to set the combination, easy to lock and unlock. The U lock adds an extra measure of security...plus I use it for a 2lb weight for shoulder exercises!
