Works great so far, been using for a little over 3 months now. Needed it to extend my headset dock cable to reach my pc since placement was a bit far lol

Delivered correctly, the material feels like good quality, and it works perfectly. I use it as an extension for a keyboard and mouse, and occasionally as an extension for a PS4 controller cable, and every time all the devices worked correctly without any noticeable lag.

I needed a longer cord, and it was nice that this company sold several lengths to choose from.

I was curious what bandwidth the Amazon Basics USB-A 3.0 Extension Cable, 4.8Gbps High-Speed, Male to Female Gold-Plated Connectors, 3.3 Foot, Black cable might offer with a high speed Flash Drive. I connected the TEAMGROUP X1 MAX Drive to a MacBook Pro using this USB 3.1 extension cable and a simple USB3 to USB-C male adapter. This combination offered 756MB/s WRITE and 940MB/s READ performance. When you have a high performance USB Flash Drive that runs HOT it helps to mount it on an extension cable. This does two things. 1. It keeps the heat away from the computer and 2. It can offer the FLASH drive more airflow around it for cooler operation. I only wish they offered this Amazon Basic 3' cable in a one foot length. Some other "USB 3" cables I measured were limited to 35MB/s for WRITE. That's a nonstarter. The 756MB/s performance offered by this cable is definitely a step up.

Bought this so I could route the USB cable through the hole in my desk and still have enough length to reach the front of the desk. It stays connected to the keyboard and PC and gives me the extra length I needed. Works well.

The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.

Works the way it should

I have a mini office work-space area in my apartment which is where I put my desktop. Now, because it's a desktop and the fact that it never leaves my apartment, much less the office area, I've opted out of having wireless capabilities as I didn't see any benefit in having it. This created a problem because I also have a printer hooked up in this office space. My printer has the ability to do wireless printing, but my desktop does not have WiFi, so that was not an option. The only other option was to hard-wire the two devices directly using the USB cable that came with the printer. Well, the distance between my desktop and the printer was too large for the USB cable to reach. So, I went out and got this AmazonBasics 6.5ft USB extension cable, and that did the trick. I've been using the extension cable for about a month now and the printer still works like a charm. I haven't noticed any lag or delays with its processing either. Even though my desktop has plenty of USB 3.0 ports, I think my printer's USB port is 2.0, so I might not be getting the full benefit out of this cable. It's all backwards compatible anyways so it's fine. You can't see it from the images alone but, the extension cord runs through that hole in the desk, and underneath there is my PC which it hooks into. Wouldn't have been able to achieve this setup without that extension cable. I've only ever used this cable for my printer, so I'm not sure how it fairs with other usages such as device charging or read/write speeds on external drives. Also, the cable is really thick which is a good thing in my opinion. Feels very sturdy to the touch and makes me feel confident it won't become bent or damaged anytime too soon.

J'ai acheté 3 de ces packs de 2 rallonges USB 3-A femelle vers USB 3-A mâle d' 1,80m, ce qui me fait un total de 6 (mais oui, je connais bien ma table de 2 !)... J'en utilise 2 pour prolonger le câble de la souris et du clavier d'une unité centrale qui est un peu loin de mon bureau (* Je n'utilise pas de souris, ni de clavier sans fil, la radio-fréquence [WiFi, Blutooth, I.R....etc] est source d'instabilité, de perte de signal et d'interférences, sans compter la nécessité de recharger des batteries, ou de changer des piles, la radio-fréquence doit donc être évitée quand on peut utiliser du cuivre pour faire circuler des électrons et, à part l'argent, il n'y a pas mieux que des câbles en cuivre)... Les 4 autres rallonges sont utilisées pour prolonger les câbles de disques durs externes, connectés à la même unité centrale, via un hub USB 3-A. Pour les mêmes conditions d'utilisation, je n'ai constaté aucune perte de débit (vitesse de lecture et d'écriture), aucune altération des performances de ces disques durs par rapport à une connexion directe, sans rallonge. Dans tous les cas d'utilisation, ces câbles rallonges font donc parfaitement leur fonction. Ils sont un peu gros et pas très souples (ce qui serait un gage de solidité), mais dans mon cas ce n'est pas un inconvénient. Leur point le plus fort est leur prix. 7,08 € le câble rallonge d' 1,80m (14,17 € les 2), c'est tout à fait raisonnable compte tenu de la qualité du produit... Rapport Qualité/Service rendu/Prix, excellent ! Je les recommande sans réserve.

Das USB-Verlängerungskabel macht genau das, was es soll, und wirkt dabei deutlich besser, als man es bei dem Preis vielleicht erwarten würde. Die Stecker sitzen sauber, die Verbindung ist stabil und das Kabel fühlt sich ordentlich verarbeitet an. Ich nutze es als einfache USB-Verlängerung und hatte bisher keine Probleme mit Verbindungsabbrüchen oder wackeligen Kontakten. Auch die Länge von 2 Metern ist praktisch, wenn ein USB-Anschluss am PC, Hub oder Gerät etwas ungünstig erreichbar ist. Besonders stark finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für ein einfaches, aber zuverlässiges USB-3.0-Verlängerungskabel muss man aus meiner Sicht nicht mehr ausgeben. Es erfüllt seinen Zweck zuverlässig und wirkt nicht billig. Mein Fazit: Ein sehr gutes USB-Kabel, stabil, praktisch und preislich kaum zu schlagen. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Needed this extension cord to connect a Jabra USB headset to the laptop. While the headset has a decently long USB lead, I have placed the laptop quite away from the desk (using external monitor and wireless peripherals) and needed a longer USB connection. This unit is quite well made and there is no deterioration of sound quality. When headset is not in use, the lead can be used as a phone / headset charging point. (USB port supports charging). Happy with the purchase.
