Does this protect against high AND low voltage??

Jen, The PWD30 does not shut off as the EMS versions do. The PWD30 is an entry-level or simple surge protector. It only surge protects, circuit analyzes, monitors park power, alerts your phone if a problem is imminent, all via Bluetooth. On February First, Hughes will have the only Bluetooth version of a surge protector that shuts off your RV in low or high voltage situations as well.

Is the protector reusable after a event?

Yes it is. The board is replaceable from the manufacturer

Will this surge auto restore power.once it trips power. And will it restore the a/c

PWD30 is the basic model and it does not have shut off capabilities. It will protect you against the high voltage spikes but it doesn't trip the power off. Hughes at the moment does not carry the more sophisticated model with the automatic shut off switches. The newer model with the automatic shut off will be released by the beginning of the next year.

Outside weather how is it protected also recommended lock up security suggestions?

The Power dogs are weatherproof, water resistant and are not waterproof. This means the unit will do okay as long as you do not immerse under water. You can always lock the power dogs to the shore power post with the bicycle lock using the plugin holes on the input plug.

Good looking unit, app works good, limited Bluetooth range

Looks good and the app works good, limited Bluetooth range that’s for sure. I like the idea of a replaceable surge module. The quality looks good but time will tell how it works.

Pricy but worth it.

Used this for 5 years on our camper. Finally died in the line of duty defending our camper from a lightning strike nearby. Surge protector and power cord both fried. Zero issues in the camper.

Great tool, a little kludgy

Identified our inverter generator as having hot and neutral reversed (instead of no neutral-ground bond) but confined to pass power, which for me is good. The Bluetooth integration is a little kludgy and the app seems to have been abandoned with promises of features "coming soon" but it works for what I need it for as gives me an online ammeter (via the app) on my 30amp Shore power mains.
