**EDIT**Old review below and bumped up to 4 star as these guys did the right thing. They contacted me and sent another set out, gratis. I don't know if this set will be better as I haven't worked on the problem yet....Can't ask for more with the customer service though.Not fit for purpose.Drilled in, that part at least was OK. It took a while though.So, insert the extractor, it breaks off. Try a different one, it breaks off again. Now these were cheap Chinese, cheese screws and I was VERY careful. I can see it could work on certain applications but my screws are obviously stuck firm.I will have to return as faulty.

Didn’t work for me!
I had a specific need for this item with a petrol strimmer but unfortunately this didn’t work for me and in the end had to undertake the work with the stubborn bolt/screw in place. I’m sure it would work for others.

It looks cheep, but saved me a fortune
At first glance this set looked like it wasn't up to the task, but it worked a treat and saved me a fortune. Well recommended set.

Did the job, but first bit snapped off
I got these to remove a hex topped machine screw that had ringed off. First bit I tried snapped off before the screw was removed. Luckily I was able to get the broken out and try the next size up. Almost made a bad situation worse. It got the job done but I can’t say I would recommend this tool.

Not What I expected
The adaptor did not secure either the drill or extractor bit to provide a clean recess for the extractor to function!
