My ophthalmologist recommends this to his patience. It's a great way of getting bad stuff off your eye lids. However, I think it's better to just use a simple rag with warm water to do the job if you can. NATURAL solutions are much better for eye health instead of putting a bunch of chemicals inside your eye in my opinion. But it also depends on what your issues are as well.

This definitely does the job. Even after one use, my eyes felt refreshed. I just need to remember to use this regularly.

The pads are abrasive a little to much for me, I like the wipes better

One squirter on a scrub pad is all you need. One scrub pad for each eyw (don't cross contaminate). No scrub is perfect, this one bothers my actual eyeball less than others I have used. Comes out as a foam, the container seems to last forever.

The product works fine, however it's not like the sample that I received from my eye doctor. This particular one you have dry cotton rounds and you put their soap on them then you have to wipe your eye then completely rinse your eye. It takes a few more minutes. The other more expensive version are pre moistened towels that do not require rinsing off, they are a leave on application. The cotton rounds included which is a good amount or just a tiny bit more scratchier as you have to be sure you put the appropriate amount of lid scrub on
