The Golden Key

Sometimes we think things should be more complicated, however The Golden Key makes it so simple yet it's so powerful. Definitely a good read and highly recommended.

I often forget about this spiritual tool but when I am in crisis it has yet to fail me, ever. I set an intention (ie, I wish for my relationship to find peace and harmony, therefore I will now use the golden key” and then begin to practice the principle within.It’s best to pick a phrase that appeals to you (mine is Be Still, and know that I AM god) to use in moments when I don’t have time to do a true meditative contemplation. When I feel fear or anxiety about the problem grip my chest, I remind myself that I have already used the golden key, and all is well, and then I will repeat my short phrase as many times as it takes to temporarily drive the worry out.The meditative version involves a longer more contemplation of the nature of god, and each time my mind tries to wander back to the Problem I gently redirect, anywhere from 10-40 minutes.Even if your thoughts about the Problem are not negative in the moment, it is best to redirect them until you feel the Problem is solved.It works - it really does!

This process is actually working for me. Yay! Unbelievably enough, even for me. Try it! So simple my analytical mind says, "not possible." And still working.

All a matter of putting into practice! Could have saved some change here however good to have for a short review each day...

I've done more reading and less practice in the past; This little book has inspired me to do more practice, which has crystallized & solidified the information.

Excellent headlamp for working in an attic. It really helped me out. Before getting this I was trying to get around with holding a flashlight which is kind of difficult when navigating the attic and trying to hold on. This flashlight fit well on my head and was sturdy. The highest setting on this thing is very bring and covered the area I needed very well.
