Happy With Product and Customer Service
I bought this USB-C dock to connect and power a variety of external devices on my 2021 HP Spectre, Intel Gen 11, high-end Windows laptop. It does the job as well as any USB-C dock, and has more ports than most. That said, for Windows users, I'd suggest you buy the other model, DS-C05 , which is designed to work fully with just one USB-C cable connecting to your laptop. It will limit your HDMI resolutions compared to this one, but it works better in a one-cable hookup. Both HDMI ports, and all the ports work with just one USB-C cable, but you will have the limited throughput of your laptop's single USB-C port. This model, DS-C03 is designed for, and optimized for TWO USB-C cables to plug into the host computer. With two cables in, you get the benefit of double throughput capacity, but importantly, there are two video outputs on the C03, and each one is linked to a different host USB-C cable. If you only plug one cable, you'll only get one of the video ports.Using just one USB-C plug (included in the box), I currently connect:-An HDMI 1080p monitor-Gigabit LAN-Keyboard-3.5mm wired headset-Mouse-USB thumb drive-MicroSD memory card-Power supply-USB chargers for watch, ring, Bluetooth headset-Logitech C920 CameraAll of the above are working well, and are stable. No drivers were needed, just plug and play the single wire. The laptop comes in and out of sleep, and all the devices re-appear, no problems. I am very happy with the USB-C performance of this dock.I believe that I could connect a second USB cable to my laptop to increase the throughput available at the dock, but I haven't done so, since the above devices work fine with 1 cable.I've used smaller portable docks, but they don't offer the range of ports, and also tend to get very hot. This one doesn't get hot. This dock doesn't come with it's own power supply, so you have to use the one that came with your laptop, or similar. For me, that was great, because I have extra power bricks, so I could save money by not paying 4URPC for another brick. When you plug your laptop power brick's USB-C power outlet into this device, it will power the dock, and also pass through power to your laptop via the included cable. One note on power supplies, I temporarily used a power brick I've got that has multiple USB plugs, and every time I plug something into the brick, it stops power to all the outputs, then restarts. This caused the 4URPC to power down. So, be sure to dedicate a reliable power brick to the 4URPC.If money grew on trees, I would have preferred to own a Thunderbolt-compatible dock, because that takes advantage of the full power of the 40Gbps ports on my laptop - however, those docks cost in the $300+ range right now (2022). This dock has a very good price-to-features ratio.

So far, super pleased.
First, I loved this dock for the money. I used it on an MSI GS76 Stealth. The caveat to using this is that both USB C and Thunderbolt ports have to be connected to get more than one monitor to work. Not a problem, except I got a cable for a MacBook Pro (Made with two USB C/Thunderbolt plugs) and a single USB C. This would only allow one monitor to work. Adding a second cable enabled me to use two additional monitors and all the ports for a PC laptop. One cable will let you charge and use only one monitor, with everything else working, but it's advertised now as a MacBook Pro dock. Why the company name is 4URPC is beyond me as their products are for MACs! For my MSI Stealth, I grabbed two USB C to USB C cables, and everything worked with a 100 Watt PD power supply.Bear in mind, if you use HDMI 2, you cannot use the Display Port, so it's two HDMI or one HDMI and one Display port -which seems to be the norm as my work Lenovo 4K Dock works the same.Having a MacBook Pro (late 2019 i9), worked fine with the cool cable included. When I bought the first one, it was listed as compatible with Windows PCs, and customer service contacted me after the purchase to make sure it was working. I just received my second order, and it was already used and did not work. Since this shipped from Amazon, I can't ding the manufacturer if this was returned, not checked, and shipped out as new. I'll return it to get another for use at home - with a MacBook Pro.

Easy to use.
It is one of the best docking station I have experienced. Simple plug and play with no hassle of software download etc. it has all necessary ports and would highly recommend.

This has worked flawlessly for my MacBook air. Thanks! - UPDATE 3/10/2022
This has worked flawlessly for my MacBook air. Thanks!---Update 3/7/2022---So, I've had this for roughly 1 month now. It WAS working flawlessly. But, like some other reviewers have mentioned, I should have focused more on the negative reviews before making a decision. Woke up this morning and powered on my laptop, but the dock is completely dead. I swapped out cables and also restarted my laptop a couple times, but there's just no power going to this thing at all. I've contacted the supplier to issue a replacement since it is under a 2 year warranty. I'm willing to give it another shot and will increase the stars on my review if it ends up working better than this one. Otherwise, I'll be looking for something else pretty soon.---Update 3/10/2022---I reached out to 4URPC's support email address to use the 2 year warranty that comes with the product. I received a response within 3 hours asking for pictures of the device not working while plugged in. I was able to provide that evidence and they shipped a new unit out almost immediately after. It arrived at my house the next day. I am back up and running without issue. Increasing my rating to a 3. If the unit makes it past 6 months, I'll have no problem increasing this back to 5 stars since when the product works, it works well. And the support was awesome.

Worked
The unit almost meets my needs. I have two monitors, a webcam and a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I was able to handle everything smoothly except of the keyboard and mouse. The mouse was jerky, so I had to put that onto a different port.Would I buy again? mostly yes. The tech support was first rate (see below). The first unit had an issue, but email tech support was on the job and after a couple of days of testing, they agreed the first unit had a problem. They sent a replacement, which worked the first time. I like tech support which is good, fast, and if the problem is theirs, does the right thing without arguing about it.
