Great version of this psalm for young children. Beautifully illustrated.

Such a lovely book for children

Our 3.5 yr old boy hasn't really "connected" or understood most religious/bible themed books we've tried reading to him, but he loves this one and keeps coming back to it. The illustrations are rich and interesting, not too simple nor too complicated/abstract like in so many books. The Psalm is thoughtfully laid out for a young audience. We also purchased the book "found" by the same author. We (parents) liked it just as much- however our 3yr old finds the one page illustrating the "lost sheep" in the darkness kind of spooky, so he much prefer this "Near" book instead.

I love how kid friendly the terms are in this book. I really like the different terrains that it uses to show where God is and how he won’t ever leave us even when we’re home or we’re on vacation or wherever! The drawings are beautiful and they really add to what the words are saying so kids can understand the psalm and Bible better!
