Well developed exercise log
This little book is perfect to keep track of PT exercises. The boxes given for the "muscle groups" are big enough to write a brief description of the exercise. There are markings for what days these will be done during the week, pounds used (such as 1 lb ankle weights for instance) and the dates this activity is taking place at this level, and the number of reps. It can be used in different ways because there are several boxes(6?)with room for four specific activities in each box. There is a place for how sets, reps, rest time, comments, and even a separate cardio box. It is something I wish I had 25 years ago when I was at the gym and not PT. It is a good way for a family member to keep track of the exercise of an older family member who needs to report to a cardiologist how long they are on the pedal bike, what is the tension set at, how often they are sitting on it, resting, and if it us a.m. or p.m. if the book is near the bike, they can keep track themselves, or if they need help, the bright redish-pink makes it easy to find and fill in for anyone in the house who us helping. It arrives in a mylar bag that is resealable (sticky strip) and is of matching color. There is an area for calories and other information as well.

Exactly what I was looking for
My husband and I recently got back in to the gym, and we were looking for a very simple basic notebook to track our progress. Some of the ones I looked at were way too detailed and included extras that I didn't consider necessary. This one, however, is laid out perfectly simple, and it is compact enough to fit into a gym bag and to carry around with you at the gym. It has places to write out all your exercises, sets, reps, weight, etc. The positive quotes on each page are a nice touch, as well!

Compact, well-designed, tough, versatile - what more can you ask for
Great workout log. It is a compact size (though you may not be able to tell from the picture unless you look at the dimensions). That's my favorite part because I wanted something not too bulky or big to carry around with me while lifting weights. The pages are a great quality, there's some nice design/colors available, and you can record many different types of workouts (cardio, weightlifting, body weights, etc.). It's pretty versatile. The pages are also thick/tough; I throw this thing around all over the place, including the ground at the gym, and the pages don't rip or smudge. The little "notes" section on each workout log page is also nice so you can write down things about your workout (if you have a headache or a hurting body part or hadn't eaten that day or something and didn't exceed your workout from last time, you can at least explain it). Finally, every 25 workouts, this thing has a page where you can write down your body's dimensions so you can see if you are improving. The little motivational quotes on each page are also a nice touch. Recommended highly.

Super cute and good quality
Durable, good quality for the price.I like the fact that it is small so it is not difficult to have it while I am working out.Only thing is that I would've liked it has more than 6 lines for exercise on each workout. Sometimes I do more than 6 different exercises especially when it is upper body day (back and biceps).

This is my second time purchasing. The only thing right now I would like is if it had more pages. It is fine the way it is but since I bought another one, I guess I could use more...lol. Will purchase again.

I received this product discounted in exchange for honest feedback.In the past, I never wrote down what I was doing at the gym, so I didn't know if I was making progress.This journal offers a place to record your body measurements after every 25 workouts.There is space for 100 workouts. Each day provides space for date/time and which muscle group you are working on.On each day, there is space for 6 exercises, room for 4 sets of exercise as well as the number of reps, the amount of weight,and the amount of time between exercises.There is also space to record your cardio work along with the time, distance, and calories burned.Each day there is an inspirations quote as well as a space for notes.

Love it!
I love my gym pad. This size is big enough to fit into the cup holder on the cardio machines and it's just a bit bigger than my phone. I only lift 2-3 times a week and I only do a maximum of 5 exercises per session so there is plenty of room on this small notepad for my workouts. I like that I can also put in what cardio I did and notes about the workout. It also has a spot in the front of the book for a before picture and a spot in the back for an after one - which is a neat idea.

Cute and Practical
The GymPad mini was more than I expected. I expected a "before" measurements section and only slots to fill in your workouts. Instead, it has before, during, and after measurement locations and before/after photo locations! It is really tiny, so it is great to carry around the gym and not have a big, bulky notebook to carry. It is also super cute! It covers 100 workouts and there is plenty of room to write in your workouts. After these 100 workouts are filled in, I'll definitely be buying another GymPad mini!

Utile per tenere traccia di un allenamento da max 6 esercizi da max 4 ripetizioni e per aver tutto in disordine su un classico quadernino. Utile soprattutto se l'allenamento non segue una scheda standard vera e propria ma che subisca variazioni di volta in volta.
