I am pleasantly surprised by this desk. I loved that I could have it straight or in the L shape which was what made me pick this desk over all the others i looked at. I will say the directions are abit confusing when adding the shelves part so watch that part very carefully when you're setting it up but other than that it was very easy to assemble and looks awesome. It was well packaged, nothing dent or broken. I love it and have even recommended it to a friend of mine and will be buying another when we move.

I saw many reviews about many desks on amazon, most of them stated that there was some trouble putting the desk together. Some said that holes were not aligned properly and so on.I had no problem what so ever assembling this desk. Took me probably a little over an hour. My photo is of how the separate pieces for the table top come together, only the piece above the shelf portion of the desk has a gap. Not noticeable enough for me to care and I could probably unscrew the top and adjust and have less of a gap.All in all I got this and like it a lot. Will be using it for carving wood, drawing, painting, and making music!I like the layout and it feels sturdy.

I'm rather happy with the finally assembled product. It'll never be as solid as a full wood desk or one made with thicker metal pieces, but it feels good for what is provided. Maybe most important, the desktop material is nicely bound and feels comfortable to move around on. The three sections of desktop don't quite match up level-wise, but that's a minor complaint. Plenty of horizontal space, though the shallow depth doesn't leave much space for more than a notebook or a laptop.It took me about an hour to assemble the whole thing by myself. Reading some of the other reviews, it sounds like some folks don't pay attention to the orientation of certain frame pieces when assembling the desk. It really only goes together one way and it's possible to get through 3-4 steps before noticing an issue, so be careful. The desk comes with all of the tools needed, but having a full sized allen key definitely helps.I'm currently shopping for additional furniture and have no issue looking for more pieces by the same brand name.

Great price and extremely simple to assemble. As you can see from my photo, it’s very easy to switch the sides. I’ve had this for a year and it’s still perfect 👍

So I thought I wasn’t gonna like this desk because it’s fairly “cheap” BUT it’s super sturdy and the perfect size for my computer and printer and things I need for work. My husband will be buying a matching one to put together to match mine so we can work side by side. I recommend this product 10000%! You definitely get your money’s worth in this product. The only downfall is that the lifted up piece is a tad wobbly but not so much so that whatever you have on it would fall. I have my iMac sitting on it and it fits great!

I was looking for a desk to have my laptop and secondary monitor while also having space for my drawing tablet. Most desks here are too narrow and desktop space can quickly run out if it's not too deep. This is 19.5 inch deep and believe me, every inch matters (thats what she said). Instructions were easy to follow, parts were very well labeled, OUTFINE includes extra bolts just n case, the desk is more study than I expected which is a great thing, it is metal and particle wood but it is a nice particle wood as in it's very heavy and the wood print is very nice as well. It has a few shelves which also is a nice touch. Just follow the instructions about not tightening the parts too much during assembly so you can level everything nice and straight. Top is 3 parts and when finished I had like a 1-2mm uneven part which could be felt when passing the hand so in my OCD I took a piece of paper and put it nicely between the wood and the metal and tight it again and now is perfect. I would recommend and buy again.

Overall I’m happy with this desk. The directions were not as clear as I would’ve liked (full disclosure I’m a novice when it comes to assembling furniture so it’s probably easier for others). The pictures in the directions weren’t very clear about how the rods should be oriented and which direction the holes should be oriented so I did have to take a few pieces a part and corre them a couple times. I think it took me about two hours to set up. I really like thw L shape design and how there’s plenty of tabletop space as well as the little shelves. The raised platform feature isn’t very sturdy so I won’t be putting a printer on it like I originally planned but I think it holds my laptop well. For the price I feel like this was a pretty good deal and I’d definitely recommend it to others. I’ve only had it set up for a week or so, so we’ll see how it holds up in the long term.

We dcided to go with the long way instead of L shape. It took me 4 hours to put together because the pictures in the directions are not clear. You have to be mindful how you line your holes up. All in all good desk. Sturdy. I didn't need extra tools. The depth is short and doesn't leave alot of room for keyboard and monitor
