Recommend casual use only
Caveat Emptor. For a low cost sand bag they’re just okay and might be useful for a very casual shooter.Compared to the other Caldwell and MidwayUSA bags I have, they’re definitely lacking in build quality. Even with careful handling, as a range CRSO and instructor, I’m not expecting these Gogoku bags to last more than a few uses.Out of six total bags purchased, the stitching on two of them unraveled at the opening seams. One came apart before it was half filled with sand and the other came loose right out of the packaging with just a tug - before even attempting to fill it. The remaining four passed the initial tug test and subsequent filling with sand. When I look inside an empty bag, I can see light coming in through the seams and even through the bag material in some places. From this, I’m expecting that the bags will leak sand constantly. I’d normally use an inner bag (ziplock or some other sealable, heavy plastic bag) to hold the sand and prevent or mitigate this leakage. However, the fill opening is only about 2.5” in diameter (4” flattened) and there’s no easy way to do anything other than pour small amounts of sand into the opening and shake the bag to get the sand to settle in. There’s nothing really difficult about filling them. However, you’ll have to physically push the sand into the corners to get the bag to completely fill up - which after the opening seam failures, left me concerned about it the other seams would hold. The rear bag will likely be a pain for many people to properly fill up. The two ‘wings’ on the top of the rear rest use 1/2” holes inside the main compartment for getting sand into each ‘wing’. In order to completely fill these sections, I couldn’t just pour sand in the main compartment and have it drain into the wings. Rather, I was forced to partially fill the main compartment and then push the sand through the tiny hole to get the ‘wings’ filled. Again… not difficult, but time consuming and seems like poor design. I will say that for whatever reason, the little rear rest bags seemed to be more sturdily built than the larger, front bags.3 Stars for casual users. 1 Star for instructors, range personnel, or heavy / frequent users.TL;DRProbably okay for a casual user that is very careful with their gear. Will likely fall apart after repeated use or with any manner of rough handling.

Durable material
The product looks to be made out of durable material and should last at least five years. Biggest con is the stitching material. I think that’s where the problem will be needs to be more robust.

Bags of air
The bags seem rugged and should survive long enough to earn their purchase.Go ahead and buy yourself a bag of playground sand to fill them. You might can stop by your local concrete plant and ask for a bucket 🪣 of reclaimed sand. They areUsually happy to rid themselves of that suff.I tried using aquarium gravel. 10lbs/4.5kilograms, and it still didn't fill the large one.

Not as expected
These are not filled with any material. You have to fill them and form them yourself. I must have missed this in the item description
