What is the grit of this compound

The back of the 3 oz. tube package (80037) says: NOTE: there are 4 grit sizes in one application of the valve grinding compound: 220, 180, 150, and 120. It starts as a course [sic] 120 grit then grinds down to a fine 220 grit. To thin the compound, add a few drops of water.

What is the grit of this compound? Is this a total of 12 3-oz tubes, equaling 36 oz of compound? Thanks.

I inquired with Permatex Technical Services: Both 80036 & 80037 are "...a mixture of four grits – 120, 150, 180, 220. As you begin using the compound it starts off as 120 and as you work it it ends up as 220." The difference between 36 & 37 is 1.5 and 3.0 oz tubes.
