Great recipes. Bought it for a gift. Too bad the book is so very hard to find. Recipient is thrilled

I wondered why this seemed to be offered at more of a reduced price - now I know why. I've already found three printing errors in the book. While it seems to have many interesting recipes, I'm not sure I can trust what's written after finding these errors! Be warned and read carefully!

My main thing is pictures. While not EVERY soup has a photo, almost all of them do. I have made a good amount of recipes already from this book, and I am mostly enjoying the roasted carrot base soups at the moment (lots of winter carrots). So, if you like soup, this one is a no brainer.
