​I am a repeat buyer of these Evron Reusable Silicone Straws, and they continue to be a staple in our house. They are exactly as pictured and have held up incredibly well over time. The straws were great. I’m a handicap person and the straws the way they function help. My staff maintain a germ, free environment for me as I have a low immune system. They can clean the strawberry easily the way it opens. Highly recommend this particular item!

My toddler is into straws but the environmental aspect of it is hard for me so I wanted something I can have in his bag and pull out as needed, but also be able to clean on the go. I also always seem to loose the pipe cleaners for these things. Over all this is a good design and it works well. easy to open and clean and easy to snap back into place. so far its held up and the straw works well. I would say the only thing is because of the design/mechanism its a little bulky. but thats not too hard to live with.

I love these straws, they ae able to open so I can wash them in the dishwasher and make sure that we don't have any mold or anything nasty in the middle of them, unlike the metal straws that we used first. I still have those, but those mandate washing by had first because you can't see what is on the inside. I don't want to gross anyone out, but with the metal straws I once used it to drink water...which then tasted funny, so I immediately washed the inside of the metal straw by hand and was horrified by what I saw. No idea how the inside of the straw turned that color. That has not been an issue with these. I have not had any issues with leaking and I've had these for almost a year. Now the downsides: they are pretty bulky to account for the open/close piece and to still have large enough interior area so you can actually get some drink. That means these do not really fit in the hole for the lids for mugs like my Yetis without getting squished - if at all. They are also floppy enough that they do not do a good job mixing drinks if you use a lot of ice, which I always do.

I've used these straw several times now and so far so good, absolutely no suction problems with all 5 straws in the package. I've used with more fluidy drinks like milk tea and thicker drinka like smoothies, suction is fine with both. The little flap that allows you to open the straw is a great design because it makes cleaning super easy (one of my criteria for reuseable straws). I open the flap, rinse them shortly after use and then throw them into the dishwasher and they come out clean. For certain drinks you may have to scrub a bit to prevent residue but as long as you don't leave the straw unwashed for days, cleaning should be quick. Not sure why some complain about the "difficulty" of snapping the flap back into place. You just have to do it carefully to ensure proper seal. There are no weird odors or discloration. Metal straws typically have a metallic taste but there's no weird tastes with these. We'll see how long these lasts but definitely recommended!

These are perfect for smoothies! I always struggled to get the inside of straws cleaned after use, but not anymore. I haven't had any problems with leakage. They are easy to open/close, making clean up a breeze.

I am super happy with these. I hate having to have a special cleaning brush for my straws and I don’t trust hard straws as accidents can happen. These open great for cleaning and stay closed while drinking. I love how easy It is to clean! I will say It takes a few days to get used to the feeling of them in my mouth, but now It doesn’t bother me at all. Will absolutely repurchase these straws over others if they get misplaced or I need more.
