Yo lo compro porque soy fumadora y he notado como "me limpia" el aliento. Lo utilizo cuando me noto que he fumado en exceso y tengo como el estómago "sucio" y me da vergüenza hablar con la gente. De hecho, alguna vez he notado como al romperse las bolitas (con los jugos gástricos) me ha dado como una sensación sabor a menta. Normalmente me hacen efecto a la media hora de ingerirlo. Nunca me ha provocado malestar. Son pequeñas asi que, son muy fáciles de tragar.
