I would say a small might fit a dachshund or a toy terrier, the medium I exchanged it for is still tight on my havanese. A cute shirt though and well made.

Definitely runs small. You'll probably want to order a size up. And be careful- it shrank in the washer. Super cute though for Walking Dead fans.
