I’ve been using this pillow for over a year now. It’s holding its shape perfectly. I can’t tell that it’s had daily use. Whatever material it’s made from, it’s great. It’s soft but not squishy, firm but not hard. The fabric is easily washable as well. It’s a perfect height, keeping my neck and head comfortably in position, regardless of what position I’m in - back or sides.

This is the VERY BEST NECK PILLOW I have every used. I have tried and tried and tried so many others, but this one has just the right of support and softness to cushion the neck whether I am in a chair or in bed. I think it is truly remarkable and in fact , I bought a second one to cushion my lower spine when I sit in a chair. I have arthritis and this is truly a Godsend.

This pillow flattens out right away. Not firm enough to hold any shape when you lay back on it. I should have saved the box. It’s worthless.

I have had chronic neck pain for years. I use this at night when I'm reading in bed. Because it is memory foam it gives just the right amount of support under my neck when I'm laying on my back holding up a book. It is very comfortable and perfect for what I use it for. I have a different one with more support that I use in the living room when watching tv.

Firm - No, once you lay on the pillow proceeds to be very flat. Cool - Kinda , but Not Really Size - Smaller then excepted It’s a pillow , and that’s really it .

I have a neck problem and wasn't sleeping well at night, waking up in pain after a few hours. This pillow is extremely helpful in getting my neck in the right position so it doesn't hurt.

This pillow springs right back into shape no matter how much you lay on it or scrunch it up, apart from a neck roll it’s great for side sleeping and having something to rest my forearm on so my chest doesn’t feel like it’s caving in. The cover is nice and comfy and keeps cool. Love it.

The round neck pillow is amazing. The support and comfort...couldn't ask for anything any better. ThankyOu..getting the sleep we need is so important. This was the answer for Me😊
