Schwarzkopf Igora Royal, 6-77 Dark Blonde Copper Extra, 60ml

Ok I never willingly write reviews but this deserved it. I saw this product come up in my social media feed a few times now because I follow posts with copper hair (the hair color I've been using for a bit now). Originally I've been using Wella 6r in Red Terra Cotta to achieve the color, as seen in the last photo. Its a stunning color and a little more ashy than this Igora copper 6-77 is. However the issue was during the holidays I was unable to buy the color remover that I use to lighten up my roots just enough to achieve the level of lightness for the Wella to process. So I unfortunately had to use a diluted bleach mixture which still gave me hot roots. Not drastically noticable but I have been trying to fix that awkward contrast since. Until I tried this product!! I was very skeptical because most products you see on social media being used, especially on women with dark roots (like my natural dark brown hair) don't actually work. When I used this I mixed 1 part dye to 2 parts 20 vol developer. I mixed with the mixing brush I had, however I would definitely recommend a whisk for next time as it did take a bit to thoroughly mix the small thick clumps of dye in with the developer. Once that was mixed well I applied directly to my dark roots first, then hit the lengths as the ends were, again, just slightly darker than the hot roots were from previous lightening. I set a timer for 25 minutes and went to check on the progress. To my surprise my roots were lightened almost to the shade of rest of my hair! I did share that photo so you can see the difference. I could have left it longer, however I figured the next root touch up will get that to match perfectly. Washed my hair with my regular shampoo and deep conditioned as usual. I did not style it but gave myself a quick blowdry since it was late at night and cold here in the winter then let the rest air dry. This hair color is absolutely stunning! The shade came out exactly as described — a beautiful, vibrant copper tone with amazing shine. It covered every bit of gray and left my hair feeling soft, not dry or damaged like with other dyes. The formula is thick, easy to apply, and doesn’t have an overpowering smell. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my color! Definitely salon-quality results right at home. Highly recommend!

Compré este tinte y me gustó mucho el resultado. El color quedó bonito y el cabello se siente suave después de aplicarlo. No me maltrató tanto como otros tintes. Lo recomiendo si quieres un cambio sin dañar mucho el cabello.

LOVE this brand! Easy to use. Colors are vibrant and long lasting. Only thing is If you don't use all of a tube at once the dye turns this grey color

Lovely rich deep copper. I normally use Wella Color Touch in 7/43 but have now replaced it with this colour. I do however treat it like a demi and only deposit colour using a 6 vol developer. This avoids damage for me and still gives a stunning colour. Delighted

Usé solo un tinte pq no tengo tanto pelo, mi base era negro pero sin usar la decoloración me dejó el pelo cobrizo hermoso! Se ve muy lindo con el reflejo de la luz y el sol, es un tono de pelirrojo muy bonito y lo recomiendo bastante.
