Zero Comfort, Zero Durability: A Complete Waste of Money
Minus 1 star , received a poor finish product and sharp edges and a worst packing condition and uninformed delivery ( delivery date is 6-8 October 2025 the product shipped by courier on 11october 2025 from Mumbai and all of sudden the bluedart called and delivered on 14th October 2025 , to my shocking experience the packing was just a polythene wrap and bubble cover for this 60kg huge product , I don’t know why Amazon doesn’t care about this type of delivery and improper date provided by seller to sale the product and no strict action taken to scrutinise the sellers selling cheap product , when I opened the product it doesn’t looks like what is in the description , poor bolts and worst painting it strips immediately during assembly , the screw not at all fits and the curvatures not matched the design it is very cheap material even it can’t hold a weight of children Bed : very poor material it is not at all proper quality very thin and uneven shape , The sofa cum bed lower portion got removed easily and the wheel provided is very weak . I requested the return process on 17th October it is now 24th October no action taken by seller or Amazon in accepting the poor quality product back , the customer should bubble wrap in the same polythene cover and send it , how it possible or even good to send such a huge product in this wrap , even small products from Amazon send by proper packing and edge binding cover. why this 22000rs product is send through such a shameful manner, Amazon should take strit action by taking back the product with proper packing following guidelines. And refund as soon as possible without hurting the customer time and money. Sometime people start losing the humanity and only try to sell product obtain from poor china market and attaching amazon name in it and spoiling the whole trust I had on amazon for the past 15 years

Product quality is not as expected. The storage container has only one hydraulic hinge and the thickness of the bottom sheet is not upto the mark. Nut and bolts are very local one. For a 20k product not worth. I've got offer so only rated three star.
