I absolutely love this lifepro vibrating plate. The quality of this machine so far appears excellent. I’m a nurse , so I’m on my feet a lot and I suffer with terrible swollen legs. I also get this when sitting down, which has been a real concern for me. I started to look into the best vibrating plates and this one kept popping up. Also I came across videos with Amber showing exercise etc so I decided on this one. I never really believe all the hype when people say things like “oh this has made a difference to my so and so on the first time I’ve used this machine, but, I can honestly say after only using it for one week my oedema in my legs has improve dramatically. Yesterday I went to work and I decided not to put on my compression socks just to see how I got on. Normally I leave off work after a gruelling 12 hour shift and my legs feel miserable, but it was amazing I still had ankles as opposed to kankles 😃 I’ve been on it twice in a day some times exercising or just standing on it as I find it really soothing on my muscles. I’m absolutely over the moon with this and I’m looking forward to building my exercise regime up to improve my general health and fitness. I hope this review helps someone because I know that I rely on other people’s opinions before purchasing any items off the internet.

The product itself works really well in its operation and is great for toning up older muscles in a gentle low impact fashion. I think it has helped with my chronic low back pain too and helps with general stiffness. However the original unit failed after about 2 years of fairly light infrequent use. Expecting it would be a financial write off given the time that had elapsed since I purchased this item, I was pleasantly surprised that for once, a company's "lifetime" guarantee actually proved to be genuine as the company sent me out a brand new unit. I was expecting at best some sort of collect and repair service. They could do with improving their quality control as the replacement unit arrived faulty leading them to send me yet another unit. Bizarrely they did not want to have either of the old units back so I now have 2 "spares and repairs" units in addition to the functioning one. It seems surprising that the company finds the cost of collection for these failed units not worth the benefits of reconditioning them or even just diagnosing the failures to improve future production. Top marks for customer service, but I have to mark them down for the environmental aspect of this replacement policy. It also doesn't seem to be the most financially viable system for the company over the longer term, unless we have been unlucky and most of their units being shipped prove to be pretty bullet proof!

This unit arrived & had issues, initially with excessive & intermittent rattle unrelated to the motor function, then with a subsequent error code displayed on its LED panel with programs cutting out half way through. Also, I must warn other potential purchasers from this company, based in the USA, that registering the unit for warranty is a nightmare since the site simply takes all your details, then the site page simply buffers without resolving. I contacted the companies "Happiness Advocates" & they took even more personal details before stating the product was registered for warranty. I have NOT received any confirmation for the lifetime warranty bar our lengthy email exchange, & therefore I have no proof that the item was registered for my own peace of mind. As for the function of the unit when it was working, I believe this technology will be useful for people whom don't necessarily enjoy exercising or have some comorbid health issues. It definitely seems to have an effect. LifePro Fitness need to sort out their website function, be prepared for a struggle in registering for the 'lifetime' warranty

This is a good machine but pricey. There are a range of different programmes to access. I use to support my legs which it has worked as they had become stiff before using the machine.

Perfect for my daughter's rehab at home. After a long stay in hospital I wanted a vibration/oscillation plate for my daughter to sit at with her feet on it. (Not yet strong enough to stand on it) For the money, this piece of equipment is outstanding and I now also use it myself for vibration fitness exercises. The plate has a lot of settings and speeds, it oscillates and vibrates and you can choose various combinations from the settings to suit the person. We are currently using it for my daughters leg strength and water retention caused through health issues and she finds it very comfortable to sit at with her feet on it. A full well deserved 5 stars!

Bought in April 23. This has not only given me some serious relief with continued use, i would even say its given a much greater quality of life. I’d simply run out of options to help relieve the nagging back and hip ache thanks to sciatica and post op scoliosis. This means i can get out of bed without feeling like I’ve seized up in the morning and exercising doesn’t make me cry. I dont know how it works and dont much care - Worth every single penny! Havent seen a chiropractor for nearly 9months now!

Just purchased and keep getting Error E08 and E04 and it turns off. Such a shame as had high hopes of it helping with rehabilitation for injury.

I’ve been using the Lifepro Rumblex Max 4D Vibration Plate consistently and it hasn’t in a great addition to my daily workout. The plate is well-made, stable and was easy to set-up, even for someone like me who is not very tech savvy. I like that it provides a range of various intensity levels, whether I’m using it for stretching or for more intense workouts. This vibration plate is smooth, not jarring and has a reasonable noise level without being disruptive. I feel extremely secure while standing on the plate, due to its large size. Since using my vibration plate I haven’t had any Charley horses in several weeks, and I’ve noticed reduced lower back pain and stiffness in my legs. A few days ago I incorporated the resistance bands in my upper-body workout, which by-the-way came with the Lifepro. Overall, the Lifepro Rumblex Max 4D is a great addition to my home gym.

Ahora entiendo los comentarios negativos acerca de que de para a los 2 minutos de empezar y debe ser porque no tienen en cuenta lo del voltaje y la plataforma se interrumpe para no quemarse aunque finalmente se terminará quemando. Esto deberia ser una advertencia ya que el producto no solo se comercializa en USA. FUNCIONAMIENTO: Me está encantando, el primer dia hice entrenamiento activo y sudé como si me estuviese 1h machacandome en el gim y por supuesto hoy agujetas. Hace un rato he hecho unicamente drenaje y muy bien, las piernas van mas lijeras. De momento esta está siendo mi experiencia la actualizaré mas adelante. Me urgía informar de lo del cambio de voltaje ya que yo hubiese agradecido que alguien lo pusiera para alertarme. Aunque afortunadamente se me encendió la alarma. Espero que os ayude y podais disfrutarla con normalidad. Yo estoy impresionada y motivada

I've had the Rumblex Max for about 2 weeks, other than standing on it to try the different vibration modes I've been using it to help loosen muscle tension in my back and shoulders, using mostly the pulsation mode as it can be as gentle as I want it while laying down on it. I also was very happy to see it relieve what may have been edema from working at home and walking a lot less; one morning I noticed my foot start to swell, so I sat down to work with my feet on the Rumblex and turned on the first program. After the 15 minutes were up my foot felt and looked better, and was back to completely normal within a couple hours without any extra treatment or activity. The Rumblex Max has a noticeably stronger set of motors as compared to the Turbo 3D when using the same lowest settings (I do not own a Turbo 3D, it belongs to a family member). I prefer the gentler motors of the Turbo 3D for lower settings, but the variety of movements offered by the Rumblex seem like a much better investment as it gives me more options to find out what will suit me now and suit me in the future as my life changes. I like the little foam mat that comes with the machine, I don't always want to roll out my yoga mat and this is perfectly shaped for the top of the plate, or can be moved to the floor depending on the exercise I'm doing. Pay attention to where you place these machines, don't stub your toes. You'd think being as big as they are they'd be hard to miss... alas, my place is small and I'm so used to where all my furniture sits... it's low enough to the ground to not be noticed but high enough to catch my feet. Not the machine's fault, I'm can get clumsy. 4/5 pain relief, it's not the machine's fault it can't magically cure everything, I do want to affirm that deducting a star for this isn't unfair as there are treatments out there (usually as prescribed medication) that can offer 5/5 pain relief. As mentioned it did very well for a swollen foot very quickly, and I believe with consistent use it can assist in long term management and treatment of muscle issues, which is a wonderful thing. 4/5 easy to use, this unit is heavy duty and weighs quite a bit making it somewhat of a workout just to move around. I'm glad it's a heavy machine as I feel that's necessary for something that's going to vibrate as much as it does, the suction cups keep it firm to the floor but can be a wee bit of a nuisance when you have to pry it off the floor to move around. Obviously this is moot if you're using carpet/rug. The two things I'd like to see changed for all of lifepro's machines are: 1. The beautiful blue digits of the display as these are horrible to stare at if you have any inkling of vision issues (truly, they're super pretty displays but on bad days I feel like they're going to burn out my retinas). 2. The beeping when adjusting settings needs it's own volume control so people who want a quieter beep can have that, while those who prefer the current sound can enjoy it as is.

I’m over 60 yrs old and not an active person, I don’t have any sports and I sit for more than 8 hrs a day (due to my work), so my knees and legs are weak and I have trouble walking or going up the stairs. I’ve been on the fence buying the vibration plate machine for many years because I couldn’t find enough scientific or medical studies on the benefits, but due to my health deteriorating, I decided to go for it. After using the vibration plate machine for 10 minutes (2-3X daily), it seems to improve my blood circulation, loosen/relaxes my lower back, I am more energetic, I can walk further, I can go up the stairs with minimal or no pain. I don’t know if it will help me lose weight or not, but with my new energy, it gives me a chance to be more active. The machine is very quiet, comes with a remote device (but no 2 AAA batteries included), resistance bands & loop bands, 3 powerful motors (for oscillating, pulsating, lateral movements), and a lifetime warranty. For people who has a sedentary lifestyle, or who wants to improve their health, I believe this is a good buy. I think healthy active or younger people might not get much benefits than older people. That’s just my personal opinion.

this product just got is absolute amazing. was skeptical at first. but after jumping on it I felt my whole body telling me that this thing is what its missing all these years. it was so good for joints and muscles. muscles that dont get used much and are weak and in pain started feeling better after a few uses. rumblex was the strongest one thats why i bought it and they werent kidding it was strong felt from just the pulsation setting. there is so many uses for this too. from working out to just yoga stretches to recover after workout. i found other uses for it too. i do meditation on it using the pulsation setting. and it enhance my meditation making me more mindful of my body parts and my meditation time seems to go by quicker. if you on the fence dont be just buy you wont regret it. worth every penny. will be part of my routine for as long as this thing working and if it breaks down you got the life time warranty.
