Good quality and perfect for trekking.
The water bladder is great with chest compartments for phone and a place for wallet and keys.

Love it,I just wish it was insulted. I'm still happy with it!
This nathan vest is comfortable, light weight and easy to run with. I just wish the bag inside or vest was insulated. Beside that I give the vest 2 out of 5! Okay I've wore this a few times and now I'm having problems with the top strap on the side, it rubs my arms. Not liking 😕 it as much.
