I took two at evening meal a few nights ago. Slept pretty well. First thing the next morning I was fine. About two hours later, had not pleasant restroom experience but fine a few hours later. Next night at evening meal, I took one capsule, had no issues, slept incredibly well. It was really great. Next night didn't take any and sleep was really badly. I just took one capsule tonight with evening meal. I think shortly after taking it I feel extra relaxed. It might be that two would work for me in a few weeks as I get used to these but if it helps my sleep so much with one, I might just stick with that but 0 to 2 was too much for me.

I’m 70 years old and weigh 135. So I cut them in half which is a real pain. But I find a whole one is too much all at once

I love these magnesium dietary supplements. I’ve been using it every night. It comes nice and sealed with a cotton round on top just like all I do notice a bit of a difference with helping with sleep, but since there’s seven different magnesium formulas I haven’t noticed how much difference with those yet But so far this is my second purchase and I am loving it. The size of these are pretty big. It’s easy to swallow with water. I wouldn’t recommend it without water. I love the health benefits of it. I’m just hoping the calming effect kicks in soon so far I’m gonna give it four stars just cause it helps so much with the sleep And restfulness.

This product is amazing! From waking up 5/6 times a night to only once! Do your self and favour and try it! You won’t be disappointed!Plus it’s helped massively with my digestion!I’d love to try other supplements from this brand that’s how good it is !

I take two of these a day and I do not suffer from any muscle cramps at all anymore this stuff is absolutely amazing and I'm walking 38 to 40,000 steps every 6 hours I need this!
