Very Interesting Read
Very interesting and new ideas around the game, a lot about the internal demons on the course and how to handle them, read all in one sitting, but the author clearly states at the beginning not to do that, and to reach each chapter and practice it and go and work on it. So we will read again and start to implement, but lots of interesting stories throughout the one about how he first started out being as a caddy was brilliant and very entertaining.

From disintegration to positivity.
I have known the author for over 10 years and have witnessed the disintegration of his concentration and his game. This book, ordered for me by my wife, reveals the secrets of his successful comeback, not least the need to clear the mind of negative thoughts before starting a round. It's so obvious but it cannot be said too often. With golf starting again in 2 days time on 29 March, I cannot tell you how keen I am to put his thoughts to the test. My only disappointment in reading the book is that it made no mention of my marking his card when he went round Berkshire Blue in 68 in June 2019. He played serenely and needed no calming influence from me.The editing and proofreading is excellent and contributes to a very easy read. It is a breath of fresh air in the pandemic.

Golf is in the head not the body
This book is a must for any golfer who doesn’t think about their round before turning up at the course or spends endless hours on the range trying to perfect their swing. It covers the mental side of the game in great detail and provides numerous hints and tips to prepare the golfer to be in the best possible position to shoot their personal best low score. The author has had many challenges within the game and draws on these to be authentic. The numerous quotes help to make the book interesting throughout.

Great book, easily read & understood
Really liked Chris Baker's writing style & I could relate to his own experiences of trying to swing my golf club like someone else instead of just being me !!

Good tips.
This book is an easy read, which provides more mind tips than golf tips, which is a positive as golf is a mind game.
