Lisa Frank Adult Coloring Book Set - 4 Premium Lisa Frank Coloring and Activity Books for Adults

My 17 year old daughter was absolutely blown away with these books. The details are phenomenal. Definitely an adult coloring book with the smallest of details.Her way of picking a picture to color is very basic. Eyes closed to randomly choose a book and then where the book opens she colors.The quality of the paper is awesome and it is perforated so comes out of the book very cleanly, no uneven tearing. And there's only one picture per page, no pictures back to back.This will count as one of the best buys ever from Amazon.

These Lisa Frank books are exactly what I wanted. Normal size pages. The ones I had found last year at Dollar General were also wonderful but about the size of two sheets of paper. These are normal and if you look closely, even the ones that look the same are not. They are designed to color differently, so none of them are exactly alike. They may have two cats but not the same art, or design whatever, on that page. All different and the paper is pretty heavy. Some are very intricate which I love. Perfect for me. And the price was perfect. Almost $15.00 for FOUR books. Good deal!!

As a 90s baby (and mom now), having some Lisa Frank in my life again, and to give some to my young daughters, is so amazing. I just wish I could find them all of the old school school supplies like the folders, binders, etc. But this is the next best thing. The pages are super thick and great quality and tons of fun and funky images to color. I have only used gel pens so far, but I feel like the pages are thick enough that thin markers would work on them without bleeding through.

These are good quality books. The designs are the original Lisa Frank ones you remember. The pages are nice and thick, so they don’t bleed on the picture behind it when you color on them. I use gel pens, and they are perfect for these. They have a perforated edge so you can tear the pictures out easy. These books are well worth the money! But..... some of the pictures are giving me anxiety just looking at them because they have so many beyond tiny areas to color.Update: while going through the entire 4 books, most of the pictures are VERY anxiety inducing. Whoever made the designs needs to get off the drugs. Some of the pictures you can barely tell what it is. At least for me. Maybe you like that intricate detail. But it gives me major anxiety.

First, it's really unfortunate that this product's ratings got tanked by people who don't know the difference between product reviews and seller reviews. Yes, some sellers are completely ripping people off, charging over $10 per book when they retail in dollar stores for $3 per book. Go leave indignant reviews on those seller's profiles, that's what they're there for.ANYWAY - I was able to get these books from a reasonable seller for only slightly more than retail, so I was really happy about that. All 4 books have single-sided pages printed on thick paper with perforations by the binding - amazing quality for the price. The images appear to be traditional Lisa Frank images - lots of horses and unicorns, plus dolphins, bunnies, puppies, kittens, bears, etc. - they just added patterns and details to make them look like "adult" coloring pages. All four books are different, but there are several images that seem to be in more than one of the books, so they're not 100% unique. Still a great buy, coloring these pages with a new set of glitter gel pens really takes me back. I SHOULD have gotten a second set for my sister at the same time - now the only sellers that have these in stock are the rip-offs, so I'll have to wait for another good price to get her a set.Bottom line - highly recommended, especially if you grew up with Lisa Frank school supplies, but be patient and shop around until you find them for a reasonable price!

Wish the perforations were more pronounced.

Not long ago I purchased a kids' Lisa Frank coloring book for nostalgic reasons, but I was disappointed. It was printed on really thin paper, like newsprint, and the illustrations didn't look like the Lisa Frank I remember. There were a lot of pictures of people, and for me personally, the point when Lisa Frank started coming out with human characters was the point when I outgrew the brand. To me, the human characters somehow never looked as magical as the animals. These adult coloring books are so much better; they're printed on high quality paper and the imagery is much closer to classic Lisa Frank (all animals, no people).

I have a pretty small budget but when We got that nice gift of stimulus cheques, I gave a special colouring book to almost all the kids in My Neighbourhood!!!! Had a Huge Stack, about three and a half feet high!!!! HEHE. ..... The kids were SOOO Surprised!!!! I thought, gosh, with covid-19 keeping the kids confined, indoors an especially thoughtful gift could brighten their days!!!!
