I’ve been taking these for a while now and they’re a solid multivitamin. The tablets are a little on the larger side, but they go down fine with water. I like that it’s packed with a good mix of vitamins like C, D, E, B12, and zinc, which makes it feel like I’m covering all the basics for immune support and daily energy. I haven’t had any bad side effects and they don’t upset my stomach like some other vitamins I’ve tried. The 150-count bottle lasts a while too, so it feels like good value for the price.

This is the best product I ever bought for the price of it lots of vitamins and to support your bodies, health and well-being gives you the vitamin vitamins that you need if you’re low in vitamins, it taste is not that great but for the price of it and for all the good vitamins that it does for your body I rate it’s still five stars😍

UPDATE: Dec 25, 2016 I now alternate this multi with Life Extension's Two Per Day multi. Additionally, I have just ordered Dr. Tobias Multivitamin & Mineral Plus Enzymes, which contain better formulations of some nutrients such as Zinc and Magnesium. If all goes well I will likely replace this product with Dr. Tbias' multi and still alternate that with Life Extension. Grocery store multi's are of extremely poor quality. People buy them because of the commercials and the convenience of already being in the store to buy other items. Opti-Men absorbs extremely well. They are fairly soft and easy to swallow. Our bodies flush out excess "stuff" over a four to six hour period or so. This is why it is best to reload your nutrients periodically throughout the day. I never take the full daily dose of multi's (except when sick which is extremely rare). I typically stick to a half dose or 1/3 dose. I break one pill in half and take half in the morning and half (or whole one) late afternoon. I eat fairly healthy as well. This product will help to keep you healthy. I strongly advise against taking a full daily dose unless you have a cold, or the flu, or getting over a harsh medical treatment or condition. I also advise you to spread out the dosage to at least twice per day. Do not take it too late in the evening as it may slightly interfere with your sleep (depends on the person). Take it with a meal so that it can dissolve inside a mass of "chime" (goo) inside your intestines. Sort of like dropping a blue pill in water and watching the water turn blue. This will maximize the absorption as the nutrients mix in with the goo that was your meal. The goo will shuttle the nutrients through your intestinal tract for maximum absorption over a longer period of time. I encourage you to skip taking this or any multivitamin at least one full day (if not two) per week to allow excess that may have collected over several days to be flushed. I typically skip Sundays or one weekday. Keep in mind you are getting additional nutrients in your food. High protein meals trigger your intestines to slow down the "pushing" process to allow more time to absorb the protein (our bodies are awesome machines). So if you take this vitamin with a high protein meal, it too will spend more time inside your small intestines allowing a bit more to be absorbed. I sometimes take my multi with a protein shake. Chicken, fish, beef, and so forth are rich in protein which enhances nutrient absorption. ==> Don't forget. Your food contains nutrients as well.

To begin. A lot of bad reviews, DONT LISTEN TO THEM BEFORE YOU TRY! My current routine is one at 6am, one at 12 and one at 6pm. I also take fish oil pill at 6pm and creatine at 4pm. Out of all of these I’ve seen an obvious change in myself with opti. I sleep much better, I wake up not tired regardless of the amount of sleep I’ve gotten, and I’m awake and not tired at work throughout the day.
