If this is your first metal earth model you will want to be sure to purchase a pair of jewelers needle nosed pliers and side cutters. Will make assembly much easier and helps to keep you from bending the small pieces in the wrong places.

I might have had unrealistic expectations but wow this metal is thin and hard to position. You need steady hands and a lot of patience. If you're looking for a challenge and the focus appeals to you, this would be perfect! If you're looking for a "LEGO" type of assembly, couldn't be farther from. I still give it a four-star rating because, for the right person, it's perfect.

Extremely flimsy. When trying to separate the pieces or when trying to put it together it bend terribly.

All of their products are excellent. These take time and a steady hand to build. You WILL need a needle nose pliers and a small wire cutter to build these of you value your time and/or sanity. Read ahead in the instructions to save yourself from mistakes and follow the recommended folding for the tabs

My son is 13 and I got him this for Christmas. I struggled to put it together and had to use a magnifying lamp. Definitely not for anyone under age of 18.
