I love it, but my puppy does not!
Frankly, I wish I had purchased this leash months earlier. My beloved Kylee, a rambunctious Shih Tzu puppy, joined our family a few months earlier, and I had a tough time keeping track of her. Some of the frequent exchanges between my wife and me since then are "Do you have Kylee?" "Where is she?" "I thought you had her!" "What is she doing?" In fact, she allegedly (Kylee has not confessed yet) chewed up a corner of our coffee table, and we do not know when it happened. We took her to puppy kindergarten to get ourselves trained and let her have some socialization recently, and the trainer recommended we get a 6-foot leash and keep her on the leash when we are in the house and don't want to keep her in the crate. And it worked! Now we know exactly where she is most of the time (we still need to be alert whenever she seems quiet, however, who knows what she is doing quietly under the table when we are busy doing something else). We also have a 10-year-old Shih Tzu, Zoey, that is a lot more mellow (oh wait, it can't be Zoey who chewed up the table and framed Kylee for it, can it? Hmmm), so when I take both of them out, I put Zoey on a regular leash and Kylee on this hands-free leash, so I can free up my other hand to pick up their doo-doos (joy of being a dog-parent).There are quite a few choices of hands-free leashes on Amazon, and I did an extensive review-research on them and decided to make this purchase, and I'm glad I did.Very functional. The padded handles are nice touches. I did not use the zipper pouch, but I'm sure others may find it helpful.I did not give it a 5-star rating because I'm not that crazy about the bungee construction. While it gives the leash some flexibility, it creates a recoil action when the puppy gets excited and charges at a friendly human or a doggy friend, which a dog-parent needs to be mindful of.All and all, I will recommend this iYoShop hands-free dog leash to family and friends.

Works Great With One Arm
I recently had reverse shoulder replacement surgery. I didn't want my two thirty-pound dogs to suffer because of it. My dominant arm is in a sling and out of commission. So, I bought this leash. It is everything I hoped it would be. I can control them with one arm because of the loops incorporated in the leash. They are still tethered to me when I have to pick up poop with my one functioning arm. It is a little cumbersome getting hooked up with the waist band, but I can manage. We are all happier that we can still go for walks.

Amazing
I have a hound dog whose nose gets him into trouble. Instead of either crating him or chasing him around the house, I use this leash to keep him close and out of trouble. It’s awesome. The belt is adjustable and the stretchy portions of the leash keep it from dragging on the ground or getting tangled. This could also work for potty training puppies. Best purchase ever! I don’t run so I can’t comment on how it works for that but based on my experience I would think it would be great for its intended purpose!

perfect for my lunger! & great value for cost.
The media could not be loaded. I love this leash & I spent hours in an Amazon research hole comparing dozens of similar leashes— so when I say in the end when I went with this one & it turned out to be everything I was looking for & more?? Yeah, I have no regrets lol. I’m hoping to save somebody the time I had to spend searching for this so I’ll try to be as thorough as possible! So, my girl (3y, 60lbs, pit-coonhound mix) isn’t so much of a puller as she is a lunger— & the bungee cord is absolutely BRILLIANT for it. It really does what it’s advertised to do & has saved me multiple times from ending up flat on my tail when the odd squirrel or another dog has been spotted on the trail.Other things I love about it:• The fanny pack is suuuuch a bonus! It can fit baggies, treats, keys, & there’s a little inner pocket you can put your cards in. I usually keep my phone in my pocket/backpack but I tested it out just to see, & it’s a tight fit but it can definitely hold that too (phone size iPhone 11). It’s also detachable.• The belt is very easily adjustable.• So, I like to use the double d-rings to encase the belt buckle because it makes the attachment point seem a lot more secure to me— but the actual designated connection ring is attached in a way that allows it to slide around the belt easily in case your dog is running around you. I don’t use it for this purpose because 1) I find it really easy to just turn the actual belt itself if I do need to untwist & 2) my dog is a menace with running in circles around me trying to find *her spot* for morning bathroom walks; however, I primarily use this leash set while hiking trails where everything ahead is unfamiliar & urgently needs sniffing, so there’s little if any circling happening enough that would make me feel like I needed to use the dynamic leash clip as designed.• The two handles are so great. There’s a handle halfway down that’s good for regaining control & one near the bottom that’s perfect for shortleashing.• The leash itself is a nice length. It’s long enough to give us both a comfortable amount of space to walk, but not so long that it drags if she’s walking a little slower.• Reflective lines on belt AND reflective stitching in the leash!!Qualms:Really I don’t have any, I feel that this leash is very well made with awesome features for the price. But I will say though, that I’ve seen a few reviewers saying their buckle broke & I did a test myself & I do think that if you have a *super* serious puller that the d-ring attachment point might break after prolonged use with consistent strain. As I mentioned above/pictured I like to have the d-rings doubled up for extra security, but for my test I attached it at just the one ring & had my dog pull against me at her max strength for a few minutes— the buckle began to make a creaking/stretching sound of strain. I’d think for anybody who is using the singular ring with their superpuller, & who /never/ use the handles to shortleash their dog / reduce that pressure, that the shelf life could be a bit shorter. One solution to that though— we did this test with her wearing her chest harness, but in general we always use a gentle leader with our girl because 60lbs of sudden force versus shoulder-sockets isn’t a match we ever win!! So I wouldn’t think a plastic buckle after time would stand much more chance. This leash works just fine in combo with the gentle lead & is actually preferable for us because it’s way less weight for the bungee to stop when she lunges / makes it harder for her to pull hard enough that it stresses the buckle. So if you really want this but you’re worried about big time pulling, try using it in conjuct with a gentle lead! All of this to say, this product is WONDERFUL. Do yourself a favor!! Hope this review was helpful to somebody :o)

So much easier!
I love this leash! We just had a baby so I’m going for lots of walks with the stroller along with two dogs. This makes it so much easier as I hook up both dogs to the belt and walk one on each side, hands free so I can focus on the baby and stroller. The length is perfect too.

Good concept
It's a good lead, but doesn't have enough adjustments. So, for me (5' 7") and my mid sized dog, the lead drags on the ground. I've had to tie knots to shorten it. Also the belt around the waist doesn't have any padding, so if you have a dog that pulls, it cuts into you a bit. Overall I'm pretty happy though - just need to train the dog better! It's nice to have somewhere to put my phone on a walk too.

Game changer
Love this hands-free leash. When my dog needs a little more guidance, there are two handles. There is a pouch for her treats or my cell phone. Perfect for my arm which tends to fatigue due to health issues. This leash has been a game changer for our walks.

Don't wait to buy like I did.
Bought on a whim. The price was okay so decided why not. I don't know why I waited so long. This leash is fantastic. Only down side is the little fanny pack is tiny. It barely fits my phone and once my phone is in it I only have enough room for a singular key. But that's all I really need. My dog walks so much happier and listens better. The two handles at different spots is great when you need to have your dog closer.

Works
Works as described, I have to latch the leach over my butt ( not my waist) my border collar Pyrenees is super strong so if it is at my wait it can get painful. Not much longer than your arm and an average leach but the hands free is a plus. The leach does not go around, is stops at the buckle on one side and the extender on the other side.

Strong and bungee is good quality. Pouch could be bigger and compartmentalized.
After 1,5 years , updated to 5*.The clasp just broke but the bungee is still perfect. Came to buy a replacement but no longer available. bought another brand and the bungee broke within a week, so now I appreciate this one.Original review: I've been using this for 4 months now and can say this is great for hands free walking, when I need to pick up poo or use my phone or whatever. The bungee is strong and stretchy and seems durable still after 4 months. The orange is a good colour to find in my boot or bag, and the reflective stripes are great. The only thing that I would improve is pouch could be bigger and the compartments better separated. It holds some treats, poo bags, and hand sanitizer at the moment, but the treats often fall into the poo bag compartment. Other than that it can hold my keys but theres no room for my iphone 12, but I'll survive, and overall the leash and belt are good quality.

Broke after exactly 60 days
Everything about this was great until it snapped on day 60. Our dog weighs 20 pounds so there is no reason she should've been able to pull this apart. Not stoked about that at all. Up until that point, it was nice - easy to put on and adjust, the pouch is handy for carrying poop bags and treats and it's nice to be hands free. But without the longevity, I can't recommend this.

Feeling more confident walking the dog!
Well designed! My dog pulled a lot with our conventional leash, but with this leash, he has a tougher time with my full body weight. And now he walks in my pace. There’s a little cross hole in the side pouch for poop bags which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!
