Quality product and great service

I've installed these in about 15 Smart-UPS's now and contrary to the instructions they are hot-swappable which really makes the difference for me. If they weren't I would have had to schedule an outage and come in on a Sunday to do my work, but i was able to just insert them and about 80% of the time they picked up an IP address and i was able to navigate to the web gui. I've taken one star off because of the other 20% when i've had to go back out to my network closets to hold in the reset button to allow them to get DHCP.The web interface is surprisingly snappy over LAN. I'm still waiting to get these into the central management software for more functionality

Bought this about 10 months ago, last couple of months the card management card just drops off the network, I have to perform a physical reset to get it back on line. Have to do this almost every three weeks. Sad, so sad :-(Update 03/05/2018 - updated firmware, works like a champ now so I'm bumping up the stars!

Cards are easy to install and very configurable. Only problem I have had is they don't adhere to DHCP lease times given out by DHCP server, so if VLANs aren't fully configured prior to connection, they keep bad IP for a month when lease is 1 day.

Not sure how we got by without these. We had a generator run and these found a lot of problems with our generator power that was giving us fits. Nothing our maintenance department had was finding the issue but these found it first run and helped them fix the problem. Far more than just network UPS monitors.
