It is important to know that this ENVY 360 x is a 2 in 1 convertible.
It was either omitted from the descriptions, or I missed it. I did not want a convertible 2 in 1… But I have grown to appreciate the computer, and do not wish to return it because it’s a beautiful computer that will serve my needs.Reviews on. Convertible 2-1 states issues with hinges. These hinges are as tight as laptops hinges are. I see no issues with the hinges.

Great, fast machine at a great price!
This laptop is very fast and versatile. Battery life seems excellent so far. The touch screen is handy in the flip mode. The stylus, though...? Nice gadget, but it really doesn't do much. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Needed upgrade
Needed an upgrade to my old computer. This has been a great computer thus far. The speed is very noticeable compared to my old computer. I like the included pen and being able to use as a tablet if my kids need to do homework.

Came with Windows 10 home when the description said Windows 10 Pro
I ordered this laptop for a co worker because she wanted this particular laptop. I'm sure the laptop is fine, but my review is more about the seller and their bad product description. They said this Laptop came with Windows 10 Pro, it did not, it came with Windows 10 home.....thanks, you created more work for me on a Monday!!!

Its a pretty decent laptop
This laptop is great for students it has a vibrant display and a great touch screen but there are some cons about this device. Pros: The keyboard is great and clicky, the touchpad is very accurate no dead zones, speakers are very good and crisp, the touch screen is also very nice and accurate, and finally the fingerprint sensor is perfect and works all the time. Cons: battery life is mediocre ( it advertises 18-hour battery life I only got 4-5 hours), The hinge is not very good, and finally there is an awful amount of bloatware on this device and the worst part is you can't remove some of the bloatware like last pass, adobe free trials, and some of the hp utilities. This laptop is decent but there some issues buyers need to be aware of.

A product and company that used to be great is now the pits
Having purchased many of these notebooks for business use, we just ordered 3 more and each has had to go back to HP for repair within one month of use. The units go completely dead, and only the removal of the battery allows the kind of reset to get it going again. However, since the battery is not user-accessible, it has to go back to the HP repair center in TX to do it! The process of getting an RMA from HP seems to have been designed to produce maximum frustration, and to have to do it three times in a row was utterly maddening, taking close to an hour on the phone each time. We now have no confidence in HP, and particularly in these notebooks. While I have no idea if all companies are now this bad, it's a fact that HP is. It'll definitely cause us to look at alternatives. My recommendation is to look at anything other than HP at this time, they simply don't care.
