This has to be the best tasting and best quality of honey Ive ever tasted. I, nor my kids, usually don’t like honey, but this Florida orange blossom honey is the best. I have even been know to sneak a teaspoonful or two just as a little treat. It gives your deserts and drinks a special, smoother taste. It tastes good. But the bottle was so incredibly small. I’ll get two Jun fermentations from this. I’m so bummed. Or I’ll go to an Indian store and get orange blossom cheap for fermentation and use this for other things.

I love honey and I have tried dozens of varieties. This one is pretty good. No crystallization. I keep mine in a dark pantry to help avoid crystallization. I also go through it pretty quickly. It goes well in tea, yogurt, as a sugar substitute in baking. It is sealed well so nothing spilled out.
