Can you use this with pictures that are not faces? For example, would a photo of a car work?

I would think so.... whatever the picture is, it needs to have really good contrast. A lot of face pix didn't work because the colors were too close. I finally found one that worked, but contrast is the most important characteristic of the photo.

The instructions show how to hang the final product but those pieces weren’t included in this box. How are we to hang the final product?

We just used command strips to hang it and it works well. It’s fairly lightweight.

Will it be harder for people of color?

The best option for the photo is a bright portrait image with visible facial features. The result is not related to what kind of people.

Can it be for family picture (3 person)?

For the best experience, we suggest choosing photos of one single person due to the size and resolution limit. We will launch a larger version for multiple people and family photos later.
