Nice product
Check sizes. 18x12 is smaller than the average sign like this that you see around. I'm fine with that, just pointing that out. Good quality. Easy to write on. No problems.

a good value overall
These worked great for what I needed. They are easy to assemble and the size is a tad small but it works for what I need. The color is bright white so the letters that I used really pop. It has good visibility for the location that I am using it. They are sturdy and a lot more heavy duty that I was expecting so a good value overall.

Bought these to advertise a garage sale. I liked that this came as a 4-pack, but I didn’t pull out a tape measure, and they’re on the small side. So I was disappointed because it was hard for cars to see them.

Just okay
I’ve ordered two of these to make signs for my wedding for parking and such. The first pack seemed to hold onto the paint pretty well and only required 3 coats but the new pack I bought isn’t holding onto the paint at all. Neither set would let me write on them with pencil it has to be permanent markers or something similar as the lead wouldn’t transfer onto the plasticy material like it does with other boards. Other reviews say they are smaller than listed so if you need these to be exact size then I would avoid although I haven’t measured for myself. They are very sturdy boards. Would be hard to bend or break them. I’m assuming they are water proof as they are made of some kind of plastic. They do not warp even with thick layers of paint. Overall not impressed but they will work.

Great Product
I used this product to create a friendly “please keep dogs out of my flowers” for my garden and I give it a 10 out of 10. These signs withstood a very tropical climate wind, rain, humidity, etc and they still remained upright and perfect. They were extremely easy to assemble as well. Get them, you won’t be disappointed!
