Used to be king
Good, but I found one I like better. Irwin's work better and stay sharper longer and they're significantly lower priced. We had a good run Midwest, you're a gold standard, but I found a better option

I use these regularly and they cut well.

Loosened up after minimal use
After short usage the blades loosened up.Despite tightening the scres holding the blades the shears continue to buckle up. This item is not much better than a heavy pair of scissors.

Easier to Cut Straight
Who knew, I could cut a straight line in metal if I bought a good quality set of the right kind of snips? My old pair of cheap snips stopped cutting, and I'm glad because these work so much better.
