This is my go to plate for appetizers when holding large parties at my house. Every time I use them, I receive comments about how "fancy" they are for paper plates, and people definitely recognize the high quality Chinet brand. I am frequently asked questions about where these plates can be purchased. I have also bought the larger version for dinner plates, which are also go. They are on the pricey side for paper plates, but you get what you pay for. They look especially nice for serving desserts.

Very sturdy, obviously small if you read the description. Originally, I bought these thinking my niece's gender reveal party would just have cake; but we ended up having a lot of food instead, and I still had to buy bigger plates. I found white, square plates at the dollar tree. Of course the Chinet plates were of higher quality, we still used a few for desserts...I would order again, but probably a bigger size.

I used these for hot and cold snacks at my wedding reception and they were perfectly fancy because of the square shape, the perfect size, and I didn't feel horrible about throwing away hundreds of them because they're paper and not plastic. Overall, I would highly recommend these for a fancier or casual event with a food amount smaller than a full meal. A great value too!

Use these for more than a desert plate. I use them for breakfast plates in my microwave for breakfast items to heat right out of my freezer. Example sausage biscuits as well as egg,cheese,sausage crescent plus egg sausage omelets.

a pleasing, relatively new look for handy Chinet - it is sturdy just like what we expect from Chinet -- best of all it is easy to pack in a camping box (or boating box), rv etc - because the square shape does not waste space like the round plates. Thankfully they have not put the cheesy old blue flowers on this item. (think back several years - round Chinet - blue flowers on the rim - that's all we can get out here in BC Canada STILL ! So i have to order from American Amazon.) Sometimes USA Safeway has this product - but just as handy to get from Amazon. I wish they offered a square white paper bowl to match. There is already the dinner size plate, the dessert size plate - now we need the bowl. (will not buy plastic plates etc - and also hope one day they make some recycled content products)

I HAVE USED THESE FOR YEARS(50 at least) THEY ARE THE BEST (ALL SIZES) , NO SPILLS OR LEAKS . GREAT TO HAVE AROUND FOR. QUICK LUNCHES, PICKNICKS, OR MEALS LIKE TACOS, HOT DOGS ETC. THE BOWLS ARE GREAT FOR CHILI ,SALADS, OR ANYTIME YOU JUST DON'T FEEL LIKE DOING A SINK FULL OF DISHES.

Worth the money.
