This is a very informative book and easy to read!! You want to read it if you're looking for something different in your life to generate income that could put you on your path to financial freedom!!

Great descriptions of general strategies and tactics of acquiring a business. But the booklet had a lot of sentece and grammar fail which led to confusions some times. Whole booklet was structured as an a upsale for seminar. Having said that, i am very interested in attending and partnering up with the Mike to make deals happen.

Somewhat helpful in a very general overview on the topic but basically a sales pitch for the training sessions the author pushes every chapter

this is a very good book

I had reservations about this "book" going in, but since it was only 99 cents I figured I'd have a look.As I had suspected, the book is filled with vague ideas that are poorly written, and often hard to even comprehend due to poor wording,that all lead to the author desperately trying to sell you on his "personal coaching" to teach you how to buy and flip businesses from start to finish.What is worse is that he uses examples like Ray Kroc (founder of McDonald's), Paul Orfalea (founder of Kinko's Copies), and Tom Monaghan (founder of Domino's Pizza) as examples of people who started businesses when they had little to no money that later became huge successes as if this is what he's going to teach the reader to do. The problem with this is that he completely fails to mention the fact that each of these people had an idea (they actually created their brand from scratch, even if they did buy a small no-name company to begin with), that they all qualified for some sort of business loan to get started, and that building their businesses took decades of hard work, dedication, and perseverance.In closing, all I have to say is this, if the author of this book really knew a way to easily purchase million dollar businesses with no money out of his own pocket that pay him a six-figure salary from day one until he flips them in two years for millions more than he bought them for, do you really think he would be spending so much time and energy pushing a .99 cent ebook that tries to hard sell his coaching programs?

I was given a review copy of this book to read so that's why it does not show me to be a verified purchaser. Mike has included lots of interesting information here that will be helpful if this topic is of interest to you. Parts are vague and oversimplified but this could be a starting point for you to seek further information from many valid resources that go into more specific detail.

A little simplistic and is rather a appetiser to get people to his courses

Don't bother - this is the worst book I've ever bought on Amazon.The "book" is basically a - very amateurish- upsell of courses and engaging his services as an adviser. There is very little, if any, real usable substance or advice (it's all "if you work with us we will teach you...")And the format, grammar and spelling, sentence construction etc is terrible.Any positive reviews are either from the author's friends or from VERY gullible novices.
