Lenovo - G27q-20 Monitor - 27" QHD Display - 165 Hz Refresh Rate - Low Blue Light and Flicker Free Certified

I've had the monitor for afew weeks now and I am loving it! No dead pixels a little bit of backlight bleed but nothing to crazy, if anyone is on the fence about getting this monitor due to few reviews i would say get it!!!! For the price its one of the best. picture quality is great for the price. The only this is i wish it had more than 1 hdmi and 1 dp port and maybe 1 or 2 usb ports

Fantastic gaming monitor. Delivers 165hz buttery smooth gameplay with G-SYNC. The stand is heavy and durable with height adjustment. One of the best deals of the year.

The package came missing 1 screw (out of 4). I contacted seller and they did not have any screw they can send me. As a result I had to buy off-brand screws to assemble the monitor.Other than that annoyance, the monitor worked great. 1440p, 165Hz, IPS, good color. It's great for both gaming and productivity.

Edit 11/18/21 - Finally received RMA after waiting a long time. Bumped up to 4 stars.This monitor was purchased for photography and its high color accuracy. Unfortunately, it is has a cluster of bad pixels (see attached picture) which make it unusable for my application. Lenovo's stated policy requires only 5 defective (bright/dark/otherwise defective) pixels for RMA. My product has at least 12 in one cluster. I have reached out to customer support 6 times in 3 months to get this resolved (either refund or replacement/repair). Customer service reps ask for more pictures and arbitrary troubleshooting (turn it off and turn it back on, please send more pictures from other angles)--all of which I have done, yet no action is taken on their part. This support case is still not resolved.This has been the worst customer service I've experience in decades of electronics purchases and will absolutely discourage me from buying any Lenovo products in the future unless the retailer warrants the device rather than the manufacturer.Aside from the dead pixels issue, the monitor would probably work just fine for what I wanted.

Ordered this monitor in March. Over-all performance was just OK... Fast forward to this morning and one of the local dimming zones had died. I contacted Lenovo and they have already responded saying they will not replace it. I provided everything needed for the claim... ridiculous. I now have a $300 paperweight.

While the monitor does offer a good picture, it's VERY bright. Even during the day, I have to look away from the monitor because it can be too much. At night it's even worse. I'll be selling this and replacing with a monitor that won't hurt my eyes.

I bought this monitor on another site in May and it lasted until August. I'm going on 3 months with their warranty center and still don't have a verdict on whether or not they will replace the monitor.When the monitor works, it looks great. Unfortunately, the longevity of the monitor is horrid and trying to get Lenovo to honor the warranty is an experience that I will not go through again.

Bought 2 of these monitors for my setup and I don't regret the purchase! The monitors provide great image quality and look really smooth. They could get a little brighter, but that is a pretty minor point. Overall, would recommend.
