Knight and queen pieces have minor defects.. wondering if it can be replaced otherwise needs to return

I want to get a refund to for everything just some pieces
When I bought this chess bourd I saw some reviews saying some pieces where chopped of and my black rock is in bad situation it’s cut in have my white bishop came with all green covers on it my white pawn same as the rock So kindly please send me one white bishop one white pawn on black rock because it’s not my fault it came like that

Good set
Kids love it. The keeping of the pieces inside the folded board gets messy, but we just use zip lock bags. Well constructed and feels nice playing with timber pieces and board rather plastic.
