Saphir Renovator Cream 50ML

Credit where it’s due this product is excellent it’s not cheap but as the old adage goes ‘ buy cheap buy twice’. with this renovator you will only buy once & only buy again when empty. I discovered this product in France a very long time ago. Now found on Amazon. The gleam, ladies & gentlemen the gleam, spot on.

The first time I tried this cream was on a pair of twenty year old Wellingtons! And if the age does not sufficiently express the 'level of difficulty', allow me to tell you, I had removed a lot of old, cracked colour and polish by using various grades of sand paper too, so that in many cases the surface was pure raw leather!! What a transformation!! Added two coats of the cream with a coat of Saphir Colour Restorer in between before polishing the shoes to a mirror finish with Saphir Pate de Luxe! The result was surely better than when I had bought the shoes brand new!! Then tried the cream on my oiled work boots. Once again, exceeded my expectations!! Used intelligently (I had applied it with my fingers), you need just a barely minimal volume to get the shoes in top condition again!! Had ordered two 50 ml containers, am going to place a request for two more!! Can wholeheartedly recommend the product to anyone interested in adding life to their shoes!!

Does what it says

Expensive but very much worthwhile for fine leather items and boots.

Restored leather shoes, nourishing the leather and giving them a great finish even before polishing. The jar is only small but the cream goes a long way.

Great product

Apparently contains mink oil. People using leather might not be concerned, but it's good to know. But it was enough to steer me in a different direction.
