Easy to set up. Works as described! Great product for hearing impaired!!

The bed shaker has worked perfectly to wake me up, I also like that the snooze feature goes off again ~9 minutes after you hit snooze so it makes sure you wake up. I did encounter the issue a few other reviewers had where the clock would apparently lose power and reset the time to 12:00 thus cancelling the alarm and making it not go off. The solution I found was to put in the 3 AAA batteries and after I did that I haven't had the issue since.

Excellent clock for hard of hearing and for deaf..Easy to set up

As someone who is a deep sleeper and hard of hearing, the vibrator function on this clock was amazing! However, I've only had it for 4 months and now the vibrator stopped working. Really sucks since I have a lot of early morning classes and finals are next week.

I'm deaf. Amazon would not let me write a bad review.Its dishonest to not write the truth about an item. This clocks shaker broke after barely 3 months. So I had to have someone else wake me everyday until another clock came. I would not again if the second one breaks so soon again. This is a honest truthful response to your question. I'm being canceled for telling the truth.

This alarm is loud! The shaker wakes up my teenager every time. Unfortunately after two months of use, the buttons are starting to stick and not press properly. This did not happen during the return window, so I’m essentially out $35.
