This is the Lee Adaptor Ring 62mm Standard for 100mm System [FHCAAR62] Please note that Lee filters are handmade. Glass filters have a lead time of 14 days and Resin filters have a lead time of 10-12 weeks. All other Lee products have a 3-7 day lead time. Adaptor rings fit onto the lens to accommodate the filter holder or lens shade. Once the ring is in place the holder clips into place using a smooth, quick release spring loaded mechanism. Sturdily constructed with an aluminium screw thread, the adaptors are available in both standard and wide angle configurations. The standard adaptor ring is suitable for use with lenses up to a moderate wide angle. It sits in front of the lens's front thread.The standard adaptor ring is compatible with lens focal lengths of approximately 24-28mm (35mm SLR equivalent) and upwards. Wide-angle adaptor rings are designed so that the filter is placed as close as possible to the front element of the camera lens, and should be used when vignetting is encountered with a standard adaptor ring. As a result, the likelihood of vignetting is dramatically reduced. The wide angle adaptor ring is compatible with all lens focal lengths.
