I haven't used it to fry yet but I have used it to blanch some veggies prior to freezing and for small batch canning. It really is versatile. It's the perfect size for smaller families or individuals. The basket is elevated so it doesn't sit directly on the bottom. So happy I bought it!

Cumplió la encomienda para freír unas quesadillas, alcanzan para tener entre 2 y 3 piezas chicas, no creo que tengan problema con dumplings o otras comidas como camarones empanizados, papas, etc.

Just as advertised.
Arrived very, very well packaged with no Styrofoam at all, which is a win in my book. The pot is exactly as described, small enough to handle easily and more than large enough to cook asparagus for about 12 people. Will also be great for other uses. I am very pleased.
