i have lexus gx 460. The door pulls to the right when you open it. Can i still open the back door with swing base 90deg open with bikes?

I also have a gx460 and yes it swings out perfectly to the right further than the door and allows the GX door to open fully.

Will the swing arm clear the tailgate of a F250?

Well, probably but I'm wondering what the point would be to attaching one of these to the back of a pickup truck. The only reason I got this is because I have a camper van and not a pickup.

Will swing arm clear the back door of a chevy suburban or gmc denali?

Depends. If your back door opens side to side, then definitely. If the door drops down, then maybe. The swing arm.is about level with my bumper so I have to swing it open to be open the left rear door on my van. And then remember, whatever you attach to the swing arm will also increase the height. I have a cargo basket and I've been generally pretty happy with the system.
