Won't clean deep bottom
The media could not be loaded. It has great suction, in fact will pull paint flakes off. Basket cleaning is essential as the filters are very effective and catch tiny particles, i.e. can become blocked.Problem is it loves to climb but won't go deep. Our pool is 9' dep and you can see by the pictures and video it may as well be china. The other bad habit is when it gets hung up when climbing it still has suction but the vortex deposits the particles in a pile on the slack edge. It leaves little residue deposits like it's pooping. It's sold for in-ground pools only so disregard the above ground complaints. It is probably Great for a flat bottom pool but if you have a significant slope you'll need help. That brings up the other problem, Customer Support Ain't. You might get an email response after three days if you provide a truck load of information besides just order number and name. I want to know if, 1. I can remove the buoyancy ring to encourage it to go deeper, or 2. Can I tether it by the cord to keep it from the shallow end? Or, 3. Did I buy the wrong priduct?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Waste of money! Barely cleans the after being in it for hours and hours. I have to manually vacuum the pool afterward so what is the point????? Bad customer service. It’s brand new and they will not let me return it. A standard email is sent saying to ship it back to them, at my expense, and they could have it for 3 weeks!! There’s no one to speak with.

Tore my liner
If you have a vinyl pool liner do not buy this bot, it left me with 11 separate holes and a lot of worn down liner. This bot is meant for gunite/cement pools NOT VINYL. I spent over 600 getting my liner fixed, and now the life span is reduced, I'll probably have to buy a new liner next year.

Stopped working after 1 month
Don't buy this thing. Worked fine for a month, now runs for 30 seconds and turns off. Much better options out there.
