Color Changing LED Citronella Outdoor Scented Candle

These are a great size. I’ve used them in my RV in my house outside. They’re portable and you can take them anywhere. The color of them makes them beautiful like any candle you’d want to have in your house, but with the out of benefit of keeping mosquitoes away. You just light them and the color immediately begins to change. I don’t know how it works, but it’s really cool. They don’t put off much heat. The glass that holds the candle can get a little bit warm, but not so hot that you can’t touch it and move it. The glass that they come in is super thick and very sturdy. I was very impressed by the quality, especially for the price that I paid. I have bought this candle multiple times and I will continue to buy it again.

To start, i VERY rarelyreview products, good or bad. But this one I wanted to so bad! When I opened it package I was a little confused because I remembered the candle said it was LED, but there were no buttons. Looked at the package again, and still confused, but thought I'd try it out anyway. I may be silly here, but when I say I was mind blown and impressed by whatever simple technology they use, I mean it, lol. When I lit the candle it immediately lit up with colors! ... Then blew it out, to see what would happen... colors went off! I'm am so excited about how the LEDS work on here (as it saves battery life on its own when not in use, and auto activated with fire type heat, not the hot outside heat) But also, the smell of citronella is fragrant and strong. I am an outside girl and it's been burning for about 3 hours now. Not a single mosquito in sight and before I got this, I was being eaten up. So far a happy girl and I feel like it deserved a happy review! Personally recommend

I got one of these just to see if they do what they claim, and while it did work well for the first few uses, I was convinced that there was a limit on the color change feature which is the only reason why I picked this particular one over other higher rated and better known citronella candles for my back porch. I was coming here to tear up the product in my review and all because it appeared to have a very limited amount of time in which to utilize the color change features only to see other reviews that explained the most probable reason to explain the short lived phenomenon. I see now that the candle can’t get wet at all because the water somehow deactivates the desired feature. Live and learn, right? So I’m going to give it another try, let’s see what happens. —Sincerely, Cautiously Optimistic

This is an amazing camping asset! It has a strong cintranella scent which was great for keeping the bugs away. The color changing lights were also awesome and had a nice relaxing effect, especially at night time. The candle lasted all 4 days and nights that we were gone and it still has about half the candle left. Only complaint was that it arrived broken. Some of the glass on the side was cracked and one piece of glass missing. It still worked like a charm though!

They are so relaxing to look at

I have seen complaints of LED light not going off. To accomplish this, blow out candle and wait for wax to harden. Then turn candle upside down for 5 seconds or so. The LED function goes off until you're relight light the candle.

Citronella still does its thing but the color changing effect went away before the half way mark of being burned. Now it’s just a regular candle lol. I will say that when the color changes do work, it’s super cool lol but a bit of a bummer once that stops. I didn’t have any water damage or anything like that, so I’m not sure what would’ve caused the effect to stop. But alas 🤷🏾‍♀️

Great item! Love the changing colour and citronella scent. I would highly recommend this for your patio.
