Loving my Surface Laptop 4 a lot. No issues setting it up. The touch screen is perfect, I love the feel of the keyboard. The laptop does its job. It's a basic, minimalist but high end laptop for sure. I don't do much with it but surf the web and type up notes. For the price of this laptop, it sure is great.

I loved this laptop. Unfortunately even though I'm currently still making payments on it, it is no longer charging. It will run for a limited amount of time while plugged in, but shuts itself down when it becomes overheated. I had to quickly purchase a chromebook,just to get me through, until I can get the battery replaced. Assuming that is the problem. I guess ultimately it' my fault for not purchasing insurance. I shouldn't have assumed this laptop would run properly for at the very least,the amount of time it took me to pay it off.

This is my second Microsoft lap top. Great machine. Fast and has a great keyboard. Battery lasts more than a full day.

Lo utilize por los tutoriales que mire. Pero tuve una experiencia dificil con el Keyboard porque no funciono. La reparo un tecnico en informatica y pague 120 Dolares . Ahora si funciona bien. Pero quien me reembolsara el valor de 120 $ que pague.

Purchased from Amazon Resale (Warehouse), I wasn't quite sure what to expect. So glad I took the chance. Great laptop!!

I really like the size and style. The keyboard side has this really nice suede-like material that takes the style value up a notch. Really easy to work with. Love the touch screen. My only complaints are the short battery life, and limited number of ports. I seem to only get a few hours of use, if that, before I have to plug it in, and there is only one regular port and one C port.

Great laptop for business and streaming high quality video. It is very fast compared to my Lenovo Yoga C930 that I had before and this is much cheaper.

Wife went back to school and needed a laptop. Purchased her the i7, 32GB Ram, 1TB SSD. Highly recommend for use with Zoom, Remote classes, class projects, and Microsoft office. She especially likes to how lightweight the laptop is when going to class.

Microsoft Surface 4 Laptop delivered in grey cartoon box not in white branded MS box and it had no seal. It also wasn’t in a shipping box, so the box it’s arrived in was a shipping and laptop box. It had clear tape at the edges and when you remove it and open the (shipping) box there was the laptop in some white wrap fabric paper that didn’t feel new. The laptop has Windows 10 and not 11, but it offered to upgrade to 11 during set up. Battery lasted from full charge 6-7 hours. It’s likely a refurbished or used product as my old Surface Laptop 3 holds battery 8 hours after 3 years of constant use. Returned the Laptop straight away!
